Hashimoto serves by far the most authentic sushi in Geneva. The fish is always extremely fresh, the service is efficient and the sushi chef uses traditional methods. I have travelled around the globe and have eaten at some of the best sushi restaurants/omakases and to me, this restaurant never disappoints when I need and crave my sushi fix. If you want excellent fish and traditional sushi, look no further.

This restaurant has seriously good product, knows how to prepare it, and has a nice quaint atmosphere. It really reminds me of Japan. High attention to quality, but with prices to match. Do not go to this restaurant thinking you will pay the same price as some of the fast casual sushi places around the area. Go, expect high quality, with matching prices.
I particularly loved the Fatty Tuna, Scallop nigiri, and seaweed salad. The fatty tuna melts in your mouth, the scallops have a burst of sweetness that is off set by rice and seaweed. I would definitely go back again.
Make sure to bring a friend, because sushi is more fun when you share with others!

Great sushi. The place is a small price jump for a huge increase in quality over the common sushi places here. They have fatty tuna which is often hard to find in Geneva. The chef has a great eye for octopus. The best dish is a roll with scallops and flying fish roe.
