The atmosphere is beautiful, modern, warm, and inviting but the real star is the food. The wood-fired pizza is incredible with the perfect crispy crust and fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can really taste the difference from the wood oven. Everything we ordered felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor.
Service was friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt elevated without being pretentious.
So excited to have a restaurant like this in the area. We’ll definitely be back

Amazing staff our waitress Alyssa S. and the gentleman assisting(⏳tattoo) were great. Food was excellent and they even gave us some pistachio liquor to try. 10/10 we will be back soon.

Place was great. There in day 1, extra staffing—smart. Three courses—everything excellent and timely. No snafus. Really like their spin on lasagna and wife’s eggplant parm was awesome. Wood fired oven for pizza although a few wood fire baked dishes would be nice too.

I had the chance to dine here on their second night open, and everything was exceptional. The staff was amazing and worked together seamlessly. Honestly, the restaurant already feels like it’s been open for a long time — there were none of the “new restaurant jitters” you sometimes notice in the first week.
I also had the opportunity to meet and talk with the owner, who is a genuinely nice and welcoming person, which made the experience even better.
For food, I started with the fried cheese appetizer, and it was fantastic. For my main course I ordered the lasagna, which had a modern twist — almost like an open-face style lasagna — and it was absolutely delicious.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the Parrish area!

So happy this place is finally open! Food and service were exceptional. We can’t wait to come back and try more dishes. Some of the highlights were the wagyu meatballs, wild mushroom risotto, the classic bruschetta and tiramisu. The kids were very happy with their pizza and pasta. They were very welcoming to our young kids. The decor and ambiance are great for a family dinner or a date night. All of the owners and staff were friendly and checked on us multiple times. I didn’t knock a start for it but I did notice there was no changing table in the bathroom and there weren’t many nonalcoholic drink options. We will definitely be back!

Excellent food, service and atmosphere! The Chicken Parmigiana was perfect, I loved the basil garnish and pesto sauce! The Bianco pizza was also excellent, the ricotta paired chilli infused honey gave a unique and flavorful kick! Honestly, one of the best wood fired pizza’s I’ve had in a while! The best best best was the gelato, they have so many made in house flavors! The Hazelnut, Pistachio and Cookies and Cream was AMAZING. The go to spot for date night, a nice dinner when family is in town or just stopping by for cocktail, wood fired pizza and gelato. Next time I want to try the Calamari and Wagyu meatballs yum!

Finally! Parrish has some amazing Italian food and an amazing group of people working there as well! You can tell everything is made fresh and they take pride in their meals! We are so happy we have a new go to spot for date night! Our server Jessica was great and the chef kept checking on us and It was just a lovely experience! The owner Nick was also so sweet to check in on us! Highly recommend if you are in the area!
