This place was once a 5 star. In the last year or so has gone down hill. Their menudo was once the best in town. Now they don’t even have it. Closed on random days. Like today sat 10/24/25. Hardly answer the phone anymore. Sad to see as Espanola has mostly fast food which gets old real fast.

I don’t know what’s going on in the kitchen there today but the food was not good and we definitely won’t waste our money there again. This used to be the BEST place for al pastor but now its all fatty and gross, $11 for a burrito that was literally the size of a McDonald’s burrito…

One of our absolute favorite places to eat whenever we are in Española. Some of our favorites include their bistec (steak) tacos, bistec or shrimp burritos, elote (corn kernels, mayonnaise, butter, cojita cheese, lemon/lime, and chile powder), and fresas con crema (strawberries with cream and whipped cream). We are never disappointed with this small locally owned family business. The service is always extremely nice and friendly. In addition to our favorites they also have other Mexican dishes, liquados (milkshakes) and aquas frescas. The recently added Mexican style snowcones…so yummy and other fun treats!!
