A great place in the heart of the city. The medium-rare steak was prepared very quickly, the spices were perfectly combined, and the presentation was beautiful. I also want to mention the wonderful salad; my hat’s off to the chef. I highly recommend this establishment.

Cozy place with a really nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly, fast, and professional. Huge plus for being celiac-friendly. The team clearly knows what they’re doing and can confidently recommend safe options. You even get a gluten-free starter while waiting. The food is delicious, served hot, and comes out quickly. What a discovery in the historical centre of Antwerp. I was so happy they offer very clear glutenfree options as I am gluten intolerant (not by choice). I have visited this restaurant many times, and each visit has been an excellent experience. Having dined at many restaurants across Antwerp, I can confidently say this is one of the very best. The service is consistently excellent, with staff who are attentive, professional, and genuinely happy to accommodate personal preferences or special requests. The quality of the dishes is outstanding, and the overall experience is always memorable. A true highlight on this street and a place I am always happy to return to.

I didn’t expect that, as a person with celiac disease, I would be able to eat anything in this restaurant and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The ribs were excellent: very well seasoned, flavorful, and nicely sweet. Overall, a big plus for the restaurant. I would definitely recommend it

The food was really nice. We weren’t sure whether to enter because it was empty, but it was probably due to the low season. The service was incredibly friendly, and even the owner was there, making sure everything went well. Even if it takes some time to get the food, it’s alright because it was really good. We had the ‘Homemade Flemish Steak’ and it was really abundant. ️

This is an interesting place. We sat outdoors along the road but we were covered with a roof or awning over our heads. Being cold, they provided a blanket to place over our laps. Our group ordered a few dishes among us. The pork ribs were excellent. The service was also good.

I have been an expat for 6 years in Antwerpen. I am really surprised how I missed this restaurant in the middle of the city. The salmon was one of the best I had in my life as a foodie. The skin of the salmon was perfectly grilled and super crispy. The steamed vegetables as side were so fresh and delicious. I had a moelleux as a desert. The chocolate coming out of it was so creamy and yummy. I also tried the tiramisu it was also okay but I would rather to have moelleux as a chocolate lover. I will definitely have meals more frequently in this cosy restaurant.

Our server was friendly, professional and accommodating from start to finish. We all loved our food and cleaned our plates! My son has celiac disease and they were especially accommodating to his needs, including a separate gluten-free plate with GF bread. He appreciated that they even gave him separate butter. Menu items with gluten are clearly marked with * so it was easy for my son to navigate the menu. Thank you for your thoughtful service!
