Supremely disappointing. Drove 5 hours to dine here on the basis of the Food and Wine article. From the indifferent service to the erratically seasoned and belabored food – it was painful to spend 4.5 hours at the restaurant. Would like to suggest the chef spend more time in the kitchen and less grandstanding with a microphone. It was rather angering to spend nearly $500 for such a galling meal

Amazing evening in the church parking lot in front of Colombe’s restaurant. Because of COVID, dining room not open but instead an innovative outdoor coastal market. We had tons of oysters with a creative emulsion. Proposed wine was also a hit. All and all a memorable moment!
