My wife and I rode 2 and a half hours just to try this place out and holy smokes it did not disappoint. I’m a big rib guy so it takes a lot to impress me and these ribs blew me away. Easily the best ribs I’ve had out of a restaurant. I’ll definitely make this ride again

The brisket is tender. Didn’t notice any smoke flavor in the brisket and no “smoke ring”. The sauce dressed it up. The slaw is coarse cut and was pretty good. The baked beans are good. They have a little burger in them. They want you to order then wait in your vehicle. CARRY OUT ONLY. No dining room. Maybe next time I’ll try pulled pork sandwich.

Nasty food. Bad service. This was supposed to be brisket. Took it back to the store because I thought they gave me wrong order. Turns out this is just the way it comes. Brisket meat is tougher than jerky and full of grease fries were still frozen.

They did a 50cent per wing deal for new years with a pre order required for 20 or more wings. Then ask for a pick up time. 3:30 was the pick up time. Went inside let then know I was there the said they would start cooking them. Over 2 hrs later still no food. Went in twice to check status. No update. I would say something about the food but I’ve yet to get it to try it. Still waiting… if you are going to have a special like that maybe you should plan better or have more staff. No public restroom for your 2 hour wait and no dinning inside to wait either. Poor excuse for a food establishment.

No seating available to dine-in yet so it’s all carry-out. Possible dine-in seating option by later this year (2026). Since it was carry-out, great care was made to prevent sogginess and loss of temperature of the meat, toasted bun, and sides. The meat, sauce, and sides were put into individual containers with lids and the bun was wrapped in foil with additional foil covering it all to retain heat and then I just unwrapped and put it together to enjoy when I got home. Food was delicious and service was great. I’m serious about my BBQ so there are only select places I go to and now I can add Reservoir Hogz to that list.
