A very quaint place! I ordered the prosciutto pizza online, and we were like 30 mins late picking it up. However, the gentlemen there were really sweet and kept the pizza in their fancy oven to keep it warm. Once we got there, they started preparing the toppings.
The pizza was very good (good dough = good crust), but it’s a bit pricy and on the smaller side. My son, being half Italian (a quarter Napoletano) and a self-claimed Italian food critic, gave two thumbs up. I had a slice, and my son ate the rest Yeah, you really need to order one pizza per person… The pizza doesn’t make you feel heavy at all! We were able to eat more chicken strips and sweet potato fries from another place afterwards.
We will be back, but I’d really appreciate it if they would give us more arugula, pesto sauce, and the Aceto Balsamico di Modena next time…
P.S. Just a heads-up: if you’re approaching from the south of 99 or either side of I-10, the section of the service road on the other side of the restaurant is now a toll zone. It’s a bit of an odd setup that forces you onto local roads, the long route, to reach this place. Definitely trust your GPS on this one – I ignored mine and ended up paying a toll, because I drove through that short section!

From the moment we walked in to the welcoming staff, to the last bite of the delicious pizza, Renzi’s provided quality service and quality food. We ordered the Americana pizza and it did not disappoint. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to dine in or carry out authentic and delicious pizza!

It reminds me of pizza I’ve had abroad, where the quality of the dough and tomato sauce are superior to what you find around these parts.
