I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I have been coming to Renzios for YEARS. Last week I went for lunch, and I ordered ahead for myself and my family through DoorDash – pick up. It let me know my order would be ready between 12:55 and 1:05. I arrived at 1:04 and told them my name and immediately started getting attitude from the employees. The restaurant was completely empty, and they had not started my order yet, which wasn’t a big deal except for how rudely they started treating me. They then proceeded to make comments the entire time they were making our food, saying things like “Man I wish WE could eat our lunch.” In a condescending tone. When they finished the food, as they were handing it to me the employee said rudely “And next time we tell you it’s going to take 45 minutes, if you show up before that, we’re NOT making your food and you’re going to wait until that time.” This confused me as I never received anything about 45 mins, and even have text AND email to confirm the time it says it would be ready. Again, I have been coming to Renzios and enjoying it for a VERY long time. Even more disappointing as we moved away from Cheyenne a few years ago, and are back in town visiting family and that’s how we were treated. Even though it’s delicious, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth so I’m not sure I will be returning. (We were there Sunday, January 25th.)

The chicken plates were all dry, rubbery, barely warm, and ZERO seasoning. They were using microwaves to reheat up food and placing the Styrofoam containers in the microwave, and that in itself should be a huge red flag. The staff was abundantly rude and impatient with multiple guests. It’s not a place I’d recommend.

Clean environment, I noticed they’re constantly wiping down tables after people leave! Very friendly people! Very delicious food fast and delicious! But the best part is they offer a vegan falafel wrap, which is amazing comes with fries and a drink! Absolutely love this place my favorite place in Cheyenne, Wyoming!

3 Guys working closing down shop at 6:30 on Saturday January 3rd when they close at 7. Chairs all up. Guy closing down the grill and cleaning it said to the guy running the register don’t you dare! I said are you guys closed he said no we have enough meat for 3. Just so happened we had 4 people. There was about ten teenagers next store trying to figure out what to eat since Renzios was already closing down shop! Sad

The food overall is super good! I’m just sad that I paid a few dollars more for onion rings and didn’t get a decent amount, with fries you get a ton usually. The Baklava was good if you like that, but not my favorite since it was very honey flavored and had no drizzle like the picture on DoorDash.

The food is great, but the staff complain about almost everything. Especially blond guy, I got an extra patty on a burger and he said to the cashier “are you serious?” just the blond dude alone ruins the whole atmosphere, he complains almost every time I’ve gone here. The staff that takes the orders are good though never had an issue with them
