Rennas is back!! The pies are of the familiar quality of the the past 50 years. Things had slid but I think it’s rebounding awesomely with new ownership. There’s a customer service improvement. They care about the customers. They refunded my pizza because it was going to be an extra 5 minutes. I had no idea and wasn’t at all inconvenienced. I insisted they put it in the tip jar. Place is jamming and the staff is into it. Get back here.

This was the first time I have gone to this location for renna’s pizza normally I go to the mall location. I ordered two XL pizza’s and the cheese pizza looked like this(picture 1) an was cold as well, the other pizza was a ham and cheese pizza(picture 2)and had maybe 3 small pieces of ham on the whole pizza may as well of been a cheese pizza. The pizza was cold, burnt, an dry as of it was a leftover pizza that they tried to just reheat. First an last time I ever go to this location. Renna’s pizza has never been the same since the passing of Kenny he was the glue that made renna’s pizza so good since then Renna’s pizza has been poor an tastes like garbage. I hope this location an the mall location get it correct soon because this was pathetic.

Stopped here for pizza with the kids. The pizza was awesome! Great toppings and crust. Called ahead and had the pizza ready for us so it was cooled down (highly recommend). They also had a nice dessert selection for the kids after pizza. Staff was very friendly. Will be back for sure.

Two pieces of cheese and pepperoni pizza and a Drink I got the drink seat down and wait over 20 minutes when maltble people got there food after me and when a person seat down next to me and got the something I ordered and They came in 15 minutes after me. That is totally uncalled for and I tip them $15.00 for a drink. I left so to time Im sick with how bad it has got there. I will never go back till something changes. How do you hurt a business never go back and tell others.
