I phoned for a full parmo with toppings and I got a small scabby kabab n salad, apart from the fact that I hate salad and would never order it they gave me that instead for twenty quid and when I brought it back shouted at me and called me a liar and said it looks like it’s from oa week ago so they are giving wrong orders, verbally abusive to customers and serving food that they say looks a week old but was apartently made that night a hour before I brought it back because they said on the phone they’d come get it and fix the problem but they didn’t. For your own health and so you don’t get ripped off stay away from here! I repeat stay away and I’m going to report them to the council and health and safety and food management in the morning. It’s a shame cos it was my favourite pizza place I’m both disappointed and annoyed

Food took 2.5 hours to arrive, phoned back in the meantime and was told they were very busy. Understood that so waited a bit longer. What finally arrived looked like cheese on paper, soggy chips and the donner meat had more grit in it than Thornaby Road. Even the dog rated it 2/10 and he got the majority. Won’t be returning

First time and sadly last time. Ordered a Parmesan with chips and creamy cabbage. Staff helpful so can’t fault them however I didn’t enjoy the Parmesan. I live 3 min away from the takeaway, was in my car however when I got home, Parmesan was lukewarm, and they had forgot the creamy cabbage. Wish I had read the reviews before going as I definitely wouldn’t have gone after reading the reviews. Thinking about it, I was only in the shop for about 5 minutes, it’s the quickest I’ve ever had a Parmesan made from point of order, should have known it wasn’t going to taste good due to fact it was made so quick.

I got a kebab and didn’t know it came with salad so I asked for a new one without salad because I am (HIGHLY ALLERGIC to tomato’s which can make me have a anaphylactic shock which can KILL me) then he proceeded to eat the tomato in front of me and said very rudely that (he will keep his salad) and then put it back into the other salads and it wasn’t even warm it was freezing cold. Absolutely AWFUL.
