I used to genuinely love this place—I really enjoyed their cheesesteaks and pizza. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. Now, when you order, all you get is slop: wet, soggy, stale bread, wilted lettuce, nasty tomatoes, and chewy, rough meat. The French fries taste like they’ve been sitting in week-old grease and are overly salty.
They don’t seem to follow any instructions anymore—asking for no fried onions often results in extra fried onions instead. It’s really upsetting because this was once a favorite spot of mine, but it no longer feels like authentic Italian cuisine. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my recent visits. I wish I could attach the video of how it’s literally completely wet and I can ring out the bread. But you can see it in the photo. This is disgusting. I won’t be back for a fourth disappointing experience.

We’ve been eating here every few months for the last 2 years. My personal favorite is the chicken parmesan pizza! My husbands favorite is the BBQ chicken pizza, and my parents is the meat lovers. Overall, I’d put the Italian food as 4/5 with big portions. The service is always really great. It’s family friendly, we’ve brought our toddler before and never felt like they were unwelcome.

We recently ordered sides and I ordered a $5.50 side of fries and anticipated it to be larger than what we received. Sizing felt odd bc the veggies we got were portioned well reasonably for $6.99.
All in all not too big a deal but if you want any to share fries get more than one order.

Ordered a cheesesteak through doordash and split it with my wife. I scarfed my half down but my wife is patient and she likes to spend a bunch of time prepping her food. She opened her half up to find a huge dead fly in the sub. Im trying not to puke my half back up.

The food here is absolutely delicious and I was extremely impressed with the service! I intended to order pick up through GrubHub, but I accidentally ordered delivery and I was unable to change it through the GrubHub app. I called the restaurant and explained the situation and the woman I spoke to was very nice said I would need to contact GrubHub, but to make sure that when I did, they didn’t cancel the order, rather just to change it to pick up from delivery. I called GrubHub and they were very unhelpful and could not change it from delivery to pick up, so they ended up canceling the order. Then I had to call the restaurant the second time and explain the situation and the man I spoke to was very nice and very understanding. They made sure our order was not canceled and that it would continue to go through and that my husband would just pay for it when he picked up. My husband said when he went to pick up the food that the staff were super nice. So I just wanna say I was extremely impressed with the amazing customer service of this restaurant. They were so nice and very understanding and the food was absolutely incredible and I just really appreciate that so much. We will definitely be going back and getting more food from here it was awesome thank you guys so much.

The six of us had a wonderful dinner at Remo’s on Tuesday. Our server, Tom, was attentive and efficient. The meals were tasty and plentiful. All took home leftovers. The place was packed. This place has high quality Italian food with very reasonable prices. Make certain to make reservations.

Ms. Kim and Ms. Raven were the best! I didn’t need to ask for a thing. Everything was perfect. I was so full ! I had more than enough leftovers. The chicken and veal parmigiana with angel hair pasta tasted so good ! This is the Best restaurant in Maryland…..best food and service!
