Take a step back in time and slow down. This tiny building with bar stools and a few tables inside delivers the absolute best hotdogs. Add a can of pop and bag of chips and you’re set. I personally prefer to eat mine immediately but I have friends who prefer to wait until the bun is saturated with the delicious house made secret recipe sauce. Regardless, I’ve yet to find better and the people working there are wonderful. Also, they only accept cash payments.

There is no sauce like Remo’s. You can add it to your footer, or buy the sauce to go. I’ve been eating at this place since I was a kid in the 70s. I always get everything, plus hot sauce-hold the cheese. You will be glad you went. The sauce is also great on spaghetti. The family that runs it are awesome people. I really wish they would take credit cards. Grab some cash before you go. You can eat it inside or go to the park front, or a bench near the river. You’re going to love it!

Moved here from the Dayton area a while ago and this little restaurant is every bit as good as Skyline or Gold Star. In some ways better when you factor in the extremely friendly people who run it and the customers who all seem like regulars. I know I’m a regular from now on!

They do one thing here. Hotdogs! And they do it like no other. Wonderful old fashioned hot dog shop. My parents went there back in 1965/66. A real trip down memory lane. Sauce is homemade every morning. Excellent. The owners are fantastic.

This place has it going on! The best hot dogs I’ve ever had. The hubby and I made it our local date stop on Saturday. Wonderful owners, they get to know you and your order. They always make conversation and are funny! Love it there.

Today was my 1st time eating here. I have heard that it was good, personally I didnt think it was good, it was excellent. Very clean inside, very friendly folks, and awesome hotdogs. If I worked a job in gallipolis i’d definitely come here for my lunch break. Prices are very reasonable.

You know those Home Town Mom &Pop shops that have crazy good food for location?….this is one of those! Delicious footlong! Chili sauce was really good, and I’m picky coming from Cinci area! May have to stop by again on next road trip! Grab a dog and enjoy lunch not far away by the River.
