Our service was incredible! They got our order quick and checked up on us plenty of times throughout. The cole slaw is the best I’ve ever had! Chunks of bacony goodness. The cod and sides were great but the serving of cod was quite small to surrounding bars. The tarter was also pretty bad. Very vinegary and not in a good way. Everything else was fantastic though. The beer battered shrimp was good too!

Went for a fish fry, but once I got it, it was drowning in onions which doesn’t make it any better, plus it was a very skimpy serving of fish for 12 bucks, (6 small chunks of cod) 90% of the meal was drowned, soft and wet French fries, onions, and rye bread. I can’t for fish, I want fish, oh and their menu on this site is not up to date at all.

The food was good. It would have been great if it had been served hot. The service has a lot to be desired. We had trouble getting the first drink. Then trouble getting the second. We had to beg to get our check just so we could go home to watch the game. No way were we going to stick around and watch the game with the crappy service.

First visit. Decided to eat out on the deck. Waited about 20 minutes or more before the manager saw us, apologized and took our food and drink order. Got drinks but we were ghosted for almost an hour after that. Finally got our food which was fantastic. Another drink order never arrived. Great view from the deck. I still thought the place was cool though. Small but decent tap selection. Really good specials and food overall. Service was a problem. BTW, a family that arrived on the deck as we were still waiting a long time ordered and had their food at almost the same time as us. How is this possible.

the owner of this place should be ashamed of themself. they had ONE person working as a waitress and bartender on a SATURDAY. as an owner you should have been there helping your staff. there was people yelling at and berating YOUR staff because you couldn’t be bothered to show up to your own restaurant to help. what an absolutely horrible way to run a business.

If you’re looking for a good bar and grill experience, this is definitely not the place. While the bar service is phenomenal with competent bartenders and a good small town atmosphere, the food leaves a lot to be desired. If you’re trying to go out to dinner on a Saturday night, expect to wait 3 hours for your food to arrive. And if you ask the kitchen staff about when you can expect your food, prepare to be cussed out and have the blame for slow service placed on you. There are better spots to visit in Cecil, but skip this place if you want a bite to eat.

Bartender was great. Kitchen was EXTREMELY slow. Like sloth speed. Waited over 2 hours for our food. Only 2 other tables in the dining room. Terrible. Unfortunately we will not be back.
