Quoted 15 minutes for fish and chips by room service upon ordering. Called 30 minutes later after and told larger orders before us so it should be up soon. 15 minutes later an over-cooked hamburger arrives. Tops is the burger is burned and cooked with hate.

I ordered the Country Fried Steak and mashed potatoes. The steak was a prebreaded steak I could have gotten out of the freezer section , the potato was a smashed baked potato and I never got my salad. Very disappointed

Waitress forgot drink. Even after coming back to ask if was ready to order. Also said free beer if you go to bar went to bar was charged. No silverware or napkins until we asked for them. Soup was cold. It tasted good but not a good experience.

Stayed here for work. Had the spicy cheddar bacon fries for an appetizer ( really good) as well as The Inside Out ( chicken cordon Bleu) – which was on the salty side and almost not edible ( long day of work and hungry ). Once into my meal I noticed . 50 cent wing night which I wished I ordered. Overall, the service from the waitress/ bartender made up for the salty entree. Next time, I know what I’m going to order.

We had heard what a great place it was. We arrived and was told the restaurant had to be closed due to computer issues. They sent us to the bar where the bartender needed to help us without her being advised of this in advance. We were offered a salad from the salad bar but needed to carry it ourselves to the bar from the restaurant and no soup that was offered in a special. It just wasn’t a wonderful experience.

My favorite place is Casper :), everything I’ve had has been phenomenal with the prime rib sandwiches being the daddy of menu items. Ate here every night while I was working out of town and will continue to do so upon my return.
