We ate at Remington Hall while staying at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley and, as Globalist, received complimentary breakfast each morning which was such a nice perk.
One morning we were offered the buffet, but after taking a look we decided to go à la carte instead, and that was absolutely the right call. The food from the menu is genuinely incredible, beautifully cooked and full of flavour.
That said, the drinks really let it down. The coffee and juices were pretty disappointing, and surprisingly the croissants were not great either, which felt like a miss for a hotel of this level.
Overall though, the breakfast experience was still a highlight of the stay and I’d 100 percent recommend ordering from the menu rather than the buffet.

Beautiful restaurant. Gorgeous food presentation! Rolls were fantastic. I had the cauliflower, which was a shock to see an entire head of cauliflower on my plate, but it was delicious, particularly the vegan pesto. My husband had the scallops and we were both surprised by the meatiness of the trumpet mushrooms. Delectable! Service was wonderful! Thanks, Sebastian! We’ll be coming back again.

Mandar was an amazing server! We had the Buratta Caprese salad as then shared the Steak Frites and Spicy Rigatoni (not spicy at all but delicious) with TWO GIANT SHRIMP. Finished it off with a delicious skillet cookie!

I ordered takeout for lunch from The Lounge at Remington Hall. I got the spicy rigatoni and added grilled chicken. Service was fantastic, but the food was honestly meh and not worth price. For a spicy pasta, it was pretty mild and the grilled chicken was super bland and lacked flavor. Hopefully they step up their food game, I really enjoyed the atmosphere and would like to come back.

We had a late lunch and dinner twice at Remington Hall during our stay at the Grand Hyatt. The restaurant is brand new, super cozy, and beautiful. The service and food were great on every visit as well. The crab dip and my prime dip sandwich in particular were both really fantastic. Hot chocolate is fun here too, which takes place in the lobby lounge. The experience can be hard to get a reservation at, so plan ahead!

We had a great dinner here to celebrate our anniversary. We loved the caramelized onion dip appetizer. We tried the bison filet and the scallops. Rannie was a wonderful server, very friendly conversation and she even offered to take our picture which was very sweet. The restaurant was not busy at all it was quiet and the food arrived fast. We were given a dessert as well since it was our 15 year anniversary so that felt special to us. Thank you for a great night.

A special highlight of the evening was when David from the kitchen personally came to our table to present the dishes in our native language, Spanish. That thoughtful gesture made the experience even more memorable.

We had a wonderful experience, starting with our amazing waitress, Leona. She was welcoming, professional, and great to chat with—thank you, Leona! The food was excellent—my bison steak was cooked perfectly, and my girlfriend enjoyed her burger and fries. The views from the patio were absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!
