My husband and I were there tonight for dinner and had a great time. After delicious drinks and dinner we ordered dessert. After a while we were told there was an issue with the kitchen’s ticket printing and it would take longer. That was perfectly fine with us however nonetheless staff was very kind, apologetic and attentive. Sometimes mishaps happen beyond a restaurant’s control and all that matters is how it’s handled in the wake of it. Remedy is the best and we can’t wait to return!

I really really wanted to love this place! The drinks were made perfectly, I loved the atmosphere, but the food wasn’t the best. I went with 2 other people and there was something wrong with every dish. (The fries were delicious, though). The fish and chips were all batter, no fish. The steak for the salad was chewy but soft and overcooked the first time. And the beets in the salad were almost raw, which I don’t mind, but when they are too big to be bite-sized, it’s a pain to have to cut up in a salad. Other than that, I did enjoy salad.

My friend and I went to Remedy kitchen and tavern for dinner last night. It was her first time eating dinner there.
Our server greeted us immediately, and was on top of from it start to finish!
He recommended my new favorite cocktail (It’s called My Name is Earl, with Earl Grey infused Vodka) and the peach iced-tea was wonderful.
The atmosphere was perfect- We were able to sit and have a conversation without hollering to hear each other and laugh without feeling like we were disturbing others around us.
The food was perfect! We had a hard time choosing what to order- so much stood out at us! We tried the pulled chicken flatbread and had the Beet Sandwich and Western Burger. So, so good!!
Their fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and had a hard time putting them down.
Definitely swing by to try brunch, lunch or dinner there. You won’t regret it!!

Came in for restaurant week and we were so excited for the menu, we almost had a hard time deciding what to pick. We decided on the wings and shrimp cocktail to start. Both were absolutely delicious (and a little bit embarrassing to clean up after the wings ). Then we tried the juicy Lucy burger and the chicken dish. Again, amazing and so creative. This is the only restaurant we have tried that fully optimized the use of pork belly, it was so exciting to get the flavor and juicyness of the meat. Then we finished with the strawberry shortcake and raspberry cheesecake chimichanga. The atmosphere in here is very comfortable, but the real winner is the teamwork that every staff member exhibited while we were there. It was wonderful to see such a team environment and how they seemed to enjoy being there. Thank you for a wonderful night, we cannot wait to come back and try the rooftop seating.

Not gonna lie we got here and had second thoughts about going in but are so glad we did! The food and drinks were amazing. My partner got the steak salad and maple bourbon old fashioned and I had the beet salad with a spiced pear mule. I wish I had taken more pictures of the food because it was beautiful but we had been running around all day and I was getting to the hangry point. Food was yummy, service was great, fun music and great atmosphere. We will definitely be back when we are in town!

The food here is really really good. They have plenty of seating and there’s even seating outside when the weather is nice. They have a full bar, and bar seating. Great service and fantastic servers. But the best is the food. The Cooks are amazing. We stopped in for brunch. And left full.

Update August 2022: We went back again and from last year’s amazing experience I was kinda sad. The food just didn’t hold up the same The Remedy burger was really peppery according to my daughter who also had it last year. She said it was good just overly peppered. My son in law had a breakfast burrito and a side of gravy and enjoyed it. I had French toast and it was good but not outstanding. Now the bacon was outstanding! Seriously so thick and glazed. Service was amazing also.
OMG amazing food! The brunch is so good. I had Steak and eggs and the steak just melts in your mouth! The flavor is perfect their potatoes are crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked inside with just the right amount of seasoning. The bloody Mary’s are wonderful come with asparagus green beans and onions and you can pick how spicy you want it. My companions love d their meals also I will definitely be going back. FYI the steak and eggs was just over $15 for brunch! You cannot beat that! Also make sure you sit on the rooftop because it is so comfortable up there and even though it’s not much of a view it’s pretty cool to be up above eating damn good food!

I have not stopped thinking about the pizza burger on the fresh sheet at Remedy Kitchen and Tavern . Im usually a burger traditionalist but have been on a trying what ever burger special is kick(please see my recent post from chowderhead). First off the pizza at remedy is always a great choice and so is their house burger. But combined this two masterpieces leave your tastebuds proud to be along for the whimsical journey. The expertly medium cooked and seasoned beef melds exquisitely together with the delicious pizza sauce and mozzarella it is generously covered in. The pizza bun tops the burger like a crown of glory only fit for the king of burgers on the south hill. The sides are all delicious but the fries at remedy are unique and the fry sauce is low key the best in town if not the world. If you have not made lunch plans today get to remedy. Plan to take your mom or dad or favorite aunt or the friend you have been thinking about here soon. Be good, tip your bartenders, don’t ask your friends with small businesses for free stuff, smile at strangers and use your blinkers.

This was my first stop for Restaurant Week 2022! Very cozy and cute neighborhood location on the South Hill. Quinton was our server and he was fantastic! We were a group of 5 and all got a variety of dishes from the RW Menu. I walked away feeling pleasantly full without feeling like I overate. Beet salad seems to be the rave right now as I’ve seen it featured on many menus…their salad was a delicious fresh start followed by, gnocchi and cookie butter cheesecake. The cheesecake consistency was a bit too mushy – I like mine more firm, but it was still great! Everyone was happy with their meal – extra points for how awesome the wings were!

5 star food, service is amazing when good, can be disappointing when off. Great consistent kitchen, Chile verde is a staple you won’t find anywhere else in the area… great hearty, balanced dish with a subtle kick! Great cocktails and draft list.
