All I had was the fried fish and chicken. They have free chicken deals. The fish was really good and seasoned well. The chicken was also good, but nothing special. Both were fried really well. The owner was very nice and thankful for the support. They have like a hot bar style of food. So food may not be fresh depending on when you go. That’s why it gets a 4 star instead of 5.

Food Is So Good!!! We got 4 pieces of Salisbury Steak, Rice and Gravy with Mac & Cheese, Green Beans and Banana Pudding and then we also got four of his fried chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. Everything I tasted was absolutely Delicious! Seasoned well and cooked just right. That free piece of Fried Fish and free chicken with each meal you purchase was a big surprise and we only paid 36$ for all of this food! Incredible Deal here this guy has going on. I will be back, because next time I plan to get his Cotton Blues Cheese Cake which they make in New Orleans and is some of the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. Iykyk. Come see this guy yall! Can’t beat these pieces for all the food you get!!!

This was my 4th or 5th visit to this restaurant. No matter how busy they are any staff that I’ve come in contact with has always been friendly and helpful. I usually purchase several dinners. You can’t go wrong with the fried chicken and fried fish. They are very good and my family is always pleased.

I went here for lunch and ordered the lunch plate with 3 sides and free fish plate $15. Fish was fresh, but tasted like Swai. I ordered hamburger steak with rice and gravy. Hamburger was pink inside so didn’t eat it. The macaroni is box macaroni n cheese, no flavor. The greens were okay, but tasted like canned Glory greens. And cornbread lacked butter but wasn’t completely dry. Everything needs to be seasoned well. Not boiled, fried, or just baked. If improvements are made, maybe I’ll try them again.
