About as good as mountain restaurants get in France (not as good as in Austria or Italy, but still nice this time). A huge selection of foods and drinks available, including some good vegetarian options.
Prices are reasonable, except alcohol which is quite expensive. The food tasted OK, but not great. The beer was tasty, the first good one we’ve had since we got to Serre Chevalier.
There was a bit of a wait at lunchtime but not bad.
Tables are a bit close together outside. I would like more space to sit and move.
Indoor air quality was good when the doors were open, disappointing when they were closed in bad weather.

Recently renovated and now quite classy. Night and day compared to the cozy but the somewhat run-down state it used to be in. Menu is very decent. Portion size can vary dramatically depending on the dish. Friendly staff, though service a tad on the slow side even in this low season period. Rooms look gorgeous (visited family room, didn’t stay). Hotel side is managed by Briançon’s Grand Hotel.

My family chose this place to meet up for lunch between 2 slopes when we come skiing every year since … 30 years. The reasons for that are: large selection of tasty meals or sandwiches, paninis, bruschetta, etc… quick service, friendly staff, big terrasse to eat outside and sun bathe too, with a view on the slopes, beers and deck chairs to nap or get a tan!

Love this place. Not gourmet but Steak frites cheap and cheerful! (you can ask for salad added for free but get a few less chips!) Burgers are also good as is the plat du jour generally! Enjoy!

The food itself is really tasty especially stake. However we had a very bad user experience as the chasier was very offensive as we took too much of ketchup packs for food. He was shouting and blaming us as we take it home… this was relly embarasing, the manager of the restaurant should take it seriuosly so it doesn’t happen again. We are very sad about this issue.
