We got the Schweinshaxe and the Farmer’s Bratwurst. Both were great. Schweinshaxe was crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside with the meat falling off the bone easily. Knodel was decent. The bratwurst was also good with a nice portion size and plenty of cabbage and mustard to go along. While the food deserves maybe 8/10 I would say the service is 10/10. We came at noon not aware they only start serving Schweinshaxe at 4PM so we told them we would be back at 4PM. When we walked back in at 4PM they instantly sent an order to the kitchen to begin preparing our Schweinshaxe. Very proactive service! Would recommend.

The atmosphere is definitely great as if I am in Germany. Great German beer and food. Food wise is decent, good portion. Overall good times here. Half chicken is tasty (bit on the salty side) but huge portion for one person. Street food style sausage is great if you are not looking for big meal. Great service from Sarita, and great mixed cocktail.

We came late on a Thursday. Can I just say… wow. The service was amazing. James was attentive and walking around checking on patrons. The waitress was checking in, perfect timing. The star was THE FOOD. And of course the drinks…. I’m more of a cocktail person, and for a “beer” place they did not disappoint! And we DID try a few cocktails, AND beers. You have to try the Sauerbraten! But don’t miss out on the potato pancakes either… honestly you can’t go wrong here. Even coming in after 9pm… the food and service were on point! Ask for Amanda… she is awesome.

We got the currywurst and the schnitzel with the mushroom sauce. They were decent but the fries were cold and soggy. The curry sauce was mild for our taste. The service was ok–they forgot our beers, which eventually came after food. The environment is quite nice and has a good German vibe.

After walking a tonne, we wanted a place to kick out feet up and get a good beer and we stopped by the Reichenbach Hall.
The location is super faithful to a Bavarian beer hall, with all the wood accents and biertisch. The servers were accomodating and gave us plenty of time to order, though flagging them down for seconds and some grub was taking some time, even with a handful of people in there.
We grabbed a Radler and a Hacker Pschorr Münchner Dunkel. Both were crisp and at a right temperature, not too cold that you can’t taste anything and a beautiful pour.
We also got the Currywurst and the Brussel Sprouts. The sprouts are fantastic, with charred bits of onion and greasy enough to go well with the beers. The Currywurst was a bit lacking though. The sausage was a good flavor but the tomato curry was not too flavorful and the fries were not appropriately salted and not crispy but more of a baked texture.
All in all, a good place to grab a Stein and share a good chat with friends and family!

We stumbled upon this place while walking and decided to give it a try and boy are we thrilled that we did!!!! The German food was authentic and simply amazing. We tried the kielbasa and kase-wurst and then the best apple strudel made fresh. Of course we also had some German beer and wine. Everything was reasonably priced and we had fantastic service from our server Fiona and the manager James. I highly recommend you visit when in the area. We will certainly visit every time we are in NYC.

A bit touristy spot, german beer hall to enjoy wide steins of importrd beer, pretzels, wieners, schnitzel and more traditional octoberfest fare. Also had some ladies competing for stein lifting competition on the side, winner lasted several minutes. Fun spot, lively atmosphere.

Came in hoping they’d be willing to change one of the TVs so we could catch the volleyball championship—and without hesitation, Jack made it happen. That kind of service instantly sets the tone.
I honestly wasn’t expecting much from the food, but was pleasantly surprise, every single thing we ordered was delicious. Great vibes, great service, and food that absolutely delivers. We’ll definitely be back.

Walked in off the street because the 0oace looked cool. I did not expect to find a full German beirhaus near my hotel.
Just by sitting at the bar, I met Amanda, Fiona, Sherin, James, and Sarita all of them super-friendly. As a solo traveler, that means the world, so I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff here. They are wonderful.
The food is delicious. The German Mac and Cheese was exactly what I needed. The Black Forest cake (that I dived in to, so no photo…sorry! ) was also very good. Lots of choices to drink. As a cider fan, I genuinely enjoyed the cider they have on tap.
All in all, 5 stars and I highly recommended it.

Reichenbach Hall is an absolute gem in NYC! The atmosphere during Oktoberfest is incredible – lively, festive, and full of great energy. They have an excellent selection of German beers that perfectly complement the celebration. I also loved that they feature live music on Fridays, which makes the experience even more fun and authentic.
The bar and wait staff are amazing and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. A special shoutout to our server, Sarita – hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever met in NYC. She was friendly, attentive, and really made the night memorable.
If you’re in the city, I highly recommend visiting Reinbach Hall, especially during Oktoberfest. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy great beer, music, and outstanding service!
