Tiny, no-frills outpost of a local chain dishing up wings & whole wheat, thick- & thin-crust pizzas.

Reviews
On top of the great food, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure everything was just right with our order. They truly go out of their way to provide a positive experience.
I also want to mention that I’ve noticed some negative reviews about the customer service, but honestly, I think those are unnecessary and don’t reflect the real atmosphere here. Every visit I’ve had has been pleasant, and the staff has always treated customers with respect and professionalism. Sometimes people may misunderstand or expect more than what’s reasonable, but from my experience, the team here works hard to keep everyone happy.
Overall, this is one of the best pizza places around – both for the food and the service. Highly recommend!

She runs the restaurant so smoothly — handling everything with a smile, even when it’s busy. Honestly, she’s a big reason why we keep coming back.
Our go-to is the party size pizza with BBQ chicken (no bacon crumble), ground beef, mushrooms, and green peppers. It’s always glorious, packed with flavor, and made just right. Highly recommend this combo!
This location is lucky to have her — great service, amazing pizza, and a welcoming atmosphere every visit.
We placed an online order for two medium pizzas and a pound of wings for pickup. The ordering process was smooth and the pickup was quick. Sadly, that was the only highlight of our visit to Reginos Pizza Aurora.
Both pizzas were disappointing. The sauce was overly spiced and far from traditional, and the cheese (whatever blend they used) didn’t improve the flavour. One of the pizzas was the Mediterranean, and the zucchini on it was noticeably undercooked.
The wings were even worse. They tasted off, and I can confidently say they were among the lowest quality I’ve ever had.
I won’t be returning to this location, nor would I recommend it to others. It’s possible we caught them on an off night, or maybe this particular branch doesn’t meet the usual Reginos standards. Either way, we won’t be ordering from here again.
