This marks my third visit to this establishment since its opening. Our initial dining experience was acceptable, though the food service was a bit slow, which I attributed to their recent launch. I decided to give it another opportunity. Our second order was for takeout, and the pizza was satisfactory, not exceptional, but certainly an improvement over typical chain options. I had hoped the third time would be more impressive, but unfortunately, it was not. The pizza was once again merely adequate. I also ordered the eggplant Reginelli, and I am at a loss for words to describe it beyond “disgusting, distasteful, and truly awful.” It lacked flavor, had an unpleasant slimy texture, and was bitter. I could elaborate further, but suffice it to say, I experienced a severe stomachache shortly after consuming it. It appears that despite the change in the pizzeria’s name from Rotolo’s to Reginelli’s, the food quality remains as disappointing as it was previously.

Took 10 minutes for our order to be taken, appetizer came 25 minutes later and a single pizza took 40 minutes after ordering. There were only 4 or 5 tables. The pizza was poorly made and paper thin. I stopped going to Rotolos for this exact reason.
The best thing was that they gave me 50% off the pizza because they messed it up.

Jade was our server she was very sweet but our pizza was sent back twice. Two huge sized air bubbles were sent to us to eat and ofcoarse I refused then the manager gives it to us free after the second pizza was sent back and after we overheard her and the red head complaining about it.

8-19-2025 my sisters had Salads which they said was good. I had the cheese & pepperoni calzone. I was disappointed in that the crust was hard like a pizza and bland. Calzones I’ve had in the past, the crust was light, buttered and pressed. This one was baked. Service was good. It took a while for the food to come. You’d be pressed for time if you came during your lunch break. The place was clean
