Me and my girlfriend went to the Regina‘s diner. We walked in with no greeting, everyone just stared at us as we walked in, The food my girlfriend had ordered the Mexican style hamburger and fries, and it wasn’t to our expectations. It was dry didn’t look nothing like the picture that was advertised and for myself I got the five mini tacos. They had no seasoning The meat look like it was cooked fast it too greasy it was not worth $30 then we ordered snacks were not good either and snow cone was like water no flavor to it frl The customer service was not that great either In mind you, we were excited to try this place out and the drinks the fruit drinks, no flavor whatsoever either. They really need to work on a lot of things and there was fruit flys that kept flying around the food me and my girlfriend felt uncomfortable with everyone staring with suck bad customer service we couldn’t sit and try to enjoy it we left as soon as our snacks were ready.

I had the Mexican plate, which had enchiladas, rice, beans, and a puffy taco. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we had no complaints . Customer service was great and tortillas were good as well. We will dropping by another time to try the carne guisada

Nice and clean little restaurant with a very warm vibe.
Went during lunch and was impressed with the 3 salsa to kick start my appetite. The enchiladas were on point and the rice and beans were the perfect match for the homemade tortillas!

Don’t be fooled by the pics. They are stingy with the food portions here. And don’t you dare ask for them to remake it they give you attitude. They also got mad cause I posted how the enchiladas as so skinny. I thought I’d give it another try but should of know better. Alittle advice to the owner..take constructive criticism and use it to improve your guest dinning experience. I’m an experienced chef and grew up cooking this food. NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO COME HERE BASED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. Here’s some of my food ..(just for reference)

The food is great, however when they do mess up on an order and try to get them to correct it is mediocre. They gave me a hard time to correct the mistake and when they finally do, I go to get the correct order that was owed to me and just stare ugly at me like I’m a monster. I didn’t make the mistake. Y’all did. It’s why I stopped going to that place. Y’all are religious people. Do better.

Had a good experience 1st time came back to this skinny tasteless food. Tried to tell the waitress . I asked her if this is how they serve she said O the chesses melts out..lol little dose she know im a certified chef. I know what cheese melts out. Dont treat people like they are dumb. Should of said sorry let me have them remake .

It’s good, but not great. I tried the chicharron plate with beans. Beans were good. Chicharron needed flavor. Maybe the tacos are better.

My sister ordered a tortilla soup for me when she came to drop it off. It had no rice, no avocado, no cheese and she paid extra for extra cheese too. It only had three small pieces of chicken smaller than my pinky. It was mostly filled with raw corn tortillas strips and chicken skin I called twice and nothing was resolved. They kept acting like they didn’t know who did it and said they would call me back. Never called me back. I’m very disappointed but that just shows how they value their customer service.

We walked in and FOX was on the television. We didn’t stay in that atmosphere. Who cares about food and service if the atmosphere makes you sick?
