My son, my Aunt and myself had lunch here last week. My son had the cast net (grilled fish, crab cake and shrimp) stacked on top of each other with a great sauce. My aunt had fried catfish and I had fried catfish and shrimp with a side cup of Gumbeaux. This was all fantastic. I live about 4 hours away and this is the real deal. Great cajun food, I can’t wait to get back there.

One of our favorite places to eat is Regatta Seafood and Steakhouse in Lake Arthur, Louisiana!! Plenty of seating inside and outside on the covered deck on the water! There’s a walkway connected to the restaurant that is over the water and it’s so beautiful. A great place to take pictures at sunset!! You can even drive your boat up to the boat dock at the restaurant! Perfect place to go for a family meal.

Both my friends’ and i chicken was overcooked. Everyone else said their food was ok. It’s a very pretty and great service. So if you are just looking for a nice place to visit some friends and have some drinks at happy hour this is the place for u. Like I said, the food is very average, but still a nice time. Price isn’t bad
Revisited 4 years later ….. the food and service were great. New owner since I went last. My husband said the oysters were way better. Sat on the back dock.

It has been a while since our last visit, but the food was the best we’ve ever had today. Nice portion sizes, and the prices were reasonable considering the amount and quality of the food served. Give Regatta a try, if they continue to serve quality food like today you won’t be disappointed. Plus you can’t beat the atmosphere, sitting outside on the deck is our favorite.

We were greeted with a warm friendly south, exactly what you expect down on the bayou.
We sat out on the back deck over looking the lake, perfect weather.
Service was on point.
I had the redfish, blacked, and it didn’t not disappoint. It was fabulous.
Highly recommend.

Beautiful views, delicious food & drinks and great service. Great lunch specials during the week. Friday is all you can eat catfish, and it is hot & crispy. The bbq pork steak was a hit also. Even when it’s hot outside, the patio is comfortable also.

1 1/2 hour wait for flavorless food. Im sorry, but I was expecting better. Overpriced for what it is. $100 for 2 adults and 2 kids. All the meals were basic and nothing outlandish. A cheeseburger, chicken strips, a poboy and chicken fried chicken.
