Located inside the Cambria Hotel we have been wanting to try Reflect Bistro brunch for a minute and we finally went to see what all the hub bub was about. Wow! We were very impressed with everything. The service was top notch and our server was fast and friendly. Our meals came quick, our diahes were well prepared and the portion size was impressive. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The Reflect Bistro lived up to its billing and we now have a favorite brunch spot in TC!

This was an excellent experience. The space is part of a hotel. The decor is comfy with a more modern look and feel. The service was excellent thanks to Veronica. The food was even better. We had the beignets to start, they were good a bit stodgy in the middle. Then we had the short rib Benedict and the filet mignon Benedict. Oh my gosh I can’t gush enough about how delicious they both were. The Filet was tender and flavorful, there were huge asparagus, fresh hollandaise and haystack onions on top. The short rib was delicious with portabella mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes. Each were served with fresh fruit topped with whipped cream! The portions massive! The hostess was delightful and is a great champion of this place. We hope to stop back for dinner!

Took my wife here for her birthday breakfast. Everything was phenomenal, especially the mini cinnamon beignets! Reflect Bistro, is a must do for breakfast in Traverse City.

Nice bistro tucked behind the lobby of the Cambria Hotel. We ordered coffee and omelets for breakfast. Our favorite one was “the farm” omelet. The potatoes were seasoned well and delicious! The best part was the cream with fruit. The focaccia was a bit boring. The portions were large and overall pretty tasty.

I had a garlic encrusted 16 oz ribeye medium done to perfection. My wife had a seafood pot pie that was very flaky and delicious

Fantastic food. Extensive wine, spirit and beer menu. The maple fig salmon was amazing. The great lakes four was delicious, giving a sampling of whitefish, perch, walleye and smelt. The crab dip appetizer was terrific. The grand finale was the cherry bread pudding. Best meal we’ve had in quite some time.

The dinner menu was quite extensive: appetizers, salads, seafood, steaks, and sandwiches. The Happy Hour menu for 4:00-7:00 had discounted appetizers and 30% off mixed drinks. We enjoyed the seafood pot pie, the huge chicken cherry salad, and the chicken/andouille sausage fettuccine with a spicy tomato-based sauce. All entrees were delicious! We also liked the old fashioned drink and the spicy margarita. Service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable.

My sisters and I went for lunch and shared some blue point oysters and the Korean beef tacos for starters. These were AMAZING! I don’t even like oysters but these were the best I had ever had. Condiments for the oysters included pickled onions, horseradish and cocktail sauce while the tacos had two kinds of seaweed salad and a sweet sauce on the side. Unfortunately, they were eaten so fast. I couldn’t get a photo..
The entrees were:
Great Lakes four which was great and the presentation was also appealing.
Fried burrata salad which was okay but the deep frying added nothing to the burrata and the greens were way overdressed.
Cherry salad was also way overdressed and was okay but not spectacular.
Cobb salad was mixed up and not separated like a Cobb should be and way overdressed. She did not like the Cobb.
Overall the salads were not a good choice but we asked the server and she told us the most popular items and we didn’t get any of them. The appetizers were excellent.
Drinks included tea, soda and ring of fire margarita which everyone loved.
When we go back we will try the pappardelle de mer and the seafood pot pie which were recommended .
The atmosphere was modern and clean and the entire staff were all wonderful.

Food was great, the environment for carry out was wonderful and the smile efficient service from the host was absolutely top notch !!
The reason for 3 star review is poor quality packaging and cheap carry out box usage instead of secure sealed containers.
Especially the wet runny items like pot pie you cannot put it into a hamburger foam box !! Really !!
I have tired other quality competitors of them in Traverse city and they were using decent packaging. I really hope someone knowledgeable from management and acknowledge the matter.
The much Reflect charge for dish, easily they can through few more pieces of protein and put this in a sealed container.
Even our lobster bisque was in a small wobbly bowl that it messed up once we tried to take it out from the bag. Seriously!! Firefly is way better and many more in this area !!

We had the Great Lakes Four and the Short Rib Manicotti. The fish was well-prepared, especially the dusted perch, which stood out. The manicotti sauce was rich and flavorful. Portions for both dishes were generous—surprisingly large for a meal this refined.
