My wife and I went to refections to see about getting her elderly mother set up on the food program as she has trouble cooking. The price was fine, the food looked fine but one of the head individuals that we spoke to obviously has a problem with men. We held a full conversation about the program and she refused to even look at me and chose to brush off my words and stare at my wife. Having never experienced this level of sexism before I suggest you send in your wife, daughter or someone of the female persuasion to do business, best of luck.

The food is excellent but the delivery is unreliable and the communication from the owner Stacie is awful.
Delivery day is Sunday and when there’s a problem, there’s nobody in the business that can talk to you until the next day. Stacie doesn’t respond to emails and you can’t leave the business a voicemail because their mailbox is full. I messaged her on her personal Facebook page when we were shorted five meals on our most recent delivery and she assured me she would find a solution. I haven’t heard from her in two days.
My wife and I relied on this for our lunches and dinners for the week and it’s just gotten to the point where we can’t depend on it anymore, which is disappointing because the food is so good .

100% Would recommend! I was nervous about trying another meal plan service – having tried all of the major ones (Factor, Flex Pro… some other one I can’t remember… etc.) This is the first time I’ve actually enjoyed the meals, let alone finished them. The customer service is great, the food is great, the delivery is great! The fact that they’re local is awesome. All around recommend 10 out of 10 times!

These freshly-made meals are pre prepared and ready to go with fresh ingredients. I have never seen a place like it before. I went with some Mongolian Steak and it was very delicious when I got to heat it up at home. These are meals made to go, catering, or subscription delivery. But what I took home was delicious.

I ordered meals from them for 2 weeks in a row. All the meals were delicious. Fresh and healthy ingredients. I’m waiting until they are able to label their meals that might be “gluten free” as this is now an issue for me. Once that is in place, I will absolutely resume ordering. They were very responsive to my inquires about which meals might be GF, but I don’t want to have to ask each week. Kudos for the great customer service.
