I ordered meals from them for 2 weeks in a row. All the meals were delicious. Fresh and healthy ingredients. I’m waiting until they are able to label their meals that might be “gluten free” as this is now an issue for me. Once that is in place, I will absolutely resume ordering. They were very responsive to my inquires about which meals might be GF, but I don’t want to have to ask each week. Kudos for the great customer service.

Wow I am so glad this place exists. The first of its kind in Morehead City. Bowls, wraps, fresh ingredients, local when possible. Whatever kind of diet you follow, whether you are a carnivore or a vegetarian, Refection has something for you. I have eaten here three times in the month or so they’ve been open, and I have enjoyed each meal. You literally pick and choose all the ingredients. Delicious.

Refection is one of the few places in Morehead to get a truly healthy, cooked to order meal with fresh veggies and lean protein. It’s so tasty I go at least once a week, and the staff and owners are super friendly. Highly, highly recommend!!

The idea behind refection foods is one I hope catches on not only in Carteret county but also in surrounding areas. It is good healthy food without all of the preservatives and chemicals that have become the norm in today’s society. I am currently getting the meals delivered to my place of work every Monday morning and it is so convenient I stick them in the break room fridge and throw them in the microwave each day for lunch! All of the meals have been good but one meal sticks out in my mind as awesome and that is the buffalo chicken bowl it came with some homemade buffalo sauce and a cup of homemade ranch that really sets the dish off. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed! Plus I have saved a lot of time each week eliminating prepping my lunches or scrambling around to find some “healthy” fast food. Thanks again keep up the good work.
