The decor was so nice. A fire going inside a case in the lobby area. Plenty of seating. Plenty of parking outside.
The hostess was so sweet. She immediately got us seated.
Our server Jimmy was OUTSTANDING!!! A true professional and knowledgeable of the menu and specials. Sometimes you just get that server who rises above and shines. This is Jimmy. Couldn’t ask for better. He explained about items on the menu and ask if we had any questions. He attended to everything we needed promptly. Our drinks never got near the bottom of our glasses before two new drinks were delivered quickly.
The food! WOW!!!! I got the Red Snapper Fish Piccata. Delicious!! Prepared perfectly. A perfect blend of the ingredients the way a true Piccata should taste.
My wife ordered the chicken pot pie. Love the garnish of rosemary sticking out from the middle of it. I had to try hers. Excellent! The crust was truly flaky and delicious. The whole thing was super tasty.
The appearance & presentation of our food was done so well. As great as it looked, the food tasted that much better. We had no leftovers. Our compliments to the chef.
Kudos to Redstone American Grill for hiring such great staff and making our experience one that was so enjoyable. We will be returning. One of my favorite places to eat now. Can’t wait to try more food items in the near future.

We have been to the Redstone on Concourse twice. The first time the food was phenomenal! Service was great and the atmosphere as well. This time was not as impressive. The atmosphere is still great and our server was very attentive and pleasant. Our food was pretty poor though. I got the NY strip with asparagus and mashed potatoes. I ordered the steak medium rare but it was medium-medium well. It had a large strip of gristle running the length of it. It severely lacked salt as well. Steak is surprisingly simple to cook…salt is your friend…hard sear…serve promptly (don’t kill it twice by heat lamp). My husband got a snapper and pasta special. The fish tasted very fishy and not fresh. The pasta itself was flavorless. My one son got chicken fingers and complained that they didn’t taste good. He’s a kid and they tend to do this, but for the sake of argument we tried them. They were over cooked and tasted as if fried in old oil. The buffalo cauliflower was very good as was the accompanying sauce. The calamari was also very good. I had been asking to go back since our first experience was so great. I’m sad to say how disappointing the meal was this time and as a result we probably won’t return.

This placed was amazing. The pineapple infused with alcohol for their drinks was the best part. The food was superb. There was a great selection. We are inside. The cornbread….OMG! Out of this world. The service was top notch. I can’t not wait to go back.

Definitely worth the try! We loved the variety of apps and entrees. The drinks were the star of the show, huge shoutout to the bartender, the blueberry lemon drop was amazing!! If we returned it would be for the drinks! The cheesesteak egg rolls were also pretty delicious. The jerk chicken fondue was underwhelming, the cheese was tasty but as someone who loves jerk, the chicken was not as flavorful as should be. Our table ordered two different steaks, both of which were unevenly cooked. Our server did offer to fix which was great. Overall, it’s a great spot to check out but nothing really stood out to make us return other than the drinks. The service however was super great!!! Our waitress Shannon was so attentive and great with our littles.

It was our first and last time at this location. We were sat by the kitchen, music was low enough that we could hear kitchen conversations and pots and pans banging, it was annoying but whatever. Service was exceptionally slow, not the wait for food, the wait for the actual server. The lobster bisque and French onion soup were really good! Definitely the highlight of our dinner. Our entrees on the other hand were a huge disappointment. We ordered the NY Strip and the shrimp scampi. The cook on the strip was perfect, the presentation was lackluster. It was served with asparagus and mashed potatoes that were extremely dry and way too garlicky. The shrimp scampi came with an average portion of bland linguine, pepper couldn’t even save this pasta. The shrimp itself was okay. Overall for the price we paid, it was not worth it. There are so many better restaurants in the area that taste their price.

We recently dined at this location for our first time and we were seated right away. The room was a little dark, almost too hard to read the menus but our server, Heather was super helpful in going over the menu and recommending her personal favorites. We took her advice and ordered the egg rolls and wings, and let me tell you. She was NOT wrong. Our appetizers came out before our drinks did. Our server was very apologetic on the wait for the drinks and made sure we had water to hold us over. We were close enough to the bar to see that there really shouldn’t have been a wait. The bartenders were just standing around and leaving the bar area. Multiple servers looked like they were waiting for drinks. Our entree’s came out soon after our appetizers were done. The timing was perfect and we received clean silverware which was a nice touch. Our food was pretty good, nothing over the top exciting but enough to want to go back especially because Heather made the experience a very enjoyable one. She spoke with us and not to us and made it feel like she really cared about our time there. I hope the next time we come she is our server again, if not I hope we get someone exactly like her!

This place has an amazingly beautiful, elegant, and peaceful ambiance as well as fantastic outdoor area when the weather is good. Waitstaff is friendly and attentive.
It’s a little pricey but not overly so considering the gorgeous setting and really good food. I had French onion soup and flatbread with prosciutto, grilled asparagus, mozzarella, goat cheese and fig jam. I’m not a very adventurous eater so I asked them to put the fig jam on the side. But I was very pleasantly surprised to find it was delicious and went well with the flatbread.

I ordered the Cobb 2x this week and they definitely reduced the portions of everything, less onions, less steak, less food… $27 for a smaller salad
Fantastic for a good quality high end meal with great service and tasty dishes! The 4 of us loved our meals and service and we would come back!
