I got the four meats plate with brisket and carnitas as well pork ribs and chicken, then the sides green beans also cream corn.
The service was amazing, and the guy was cool down to earth as my buddy and I placed our orders separately as I explored the smokers and just looked around for a second. Total cost 48 something, once I got home I tried the bbq sauce as it was tasting to me a sweet maybe mesquite flavor with a tangy mix but the texture was like apple sauce.
I tried all the meats before the sauce, and without the sauce, the brisket wasn’t holding much flavors or anything smokey tasting, which made me think it’s something I could get at the store type quality because the meat wasn’t truly tender or moist and even the fat couldn’t save it, with the sauce it made it worse
Then, the chicken itself was tender and seemed juicy but had no flavor what so ever as all the seasoning was on the outside, and nothing really got into the meat to help the chicken taste better, adding the sauce was just strange flavor mix because it wasn’t greasy to need the sauce to cut into the greasy to give it balance. The pork ribs were good but seemed basic as the seasoning wasn’t going deeper in the meat, and it was tender also no real smokey flavor as maybe it was cooked in the oven then grilled to give it grill marks is what I was thinking from each bite.
The Carnitas had decent flavor from the seasoning, but I could locate the main flavors in the grease, and as it was tender with a few chews, it took to eat, but pieces that had little to none of the grease from the meat it self was just flavorless and just lacked.
It is a hidden spot that people have to truly look for if you blink you, miss it, and type of place as well with all the bbq places around the city this isn’t a place I’d return to.

So the food is great but this place is tucked away in a residential community. Its a good truck on dudes lawn.. There is no inside dining room, napkins, condiments, silverware/plastic ware, etc. available. There is plenty of outdoor seating. You place an order, most folks order to go, take a sit and dude brings out your food. And cash only with limited parking.

The bbq joint is located within the neighborhood and can easily (not easily) overlooked when driving by. The family that runs this place is very friendly and humble. The food was amazing and the prices for bbq was better than what other places charge. They do have seating on site, but we got it to go since it was over 100 outside. The food tasted and looked amazing. Will definitely be coming back. The brisket was good. The chicken was amazing.

We have great BBQ here in Pflugerville! Got ribs, sausage, and 2 brisket sandwiches, one chop and one sliced, which were quite large and stuffed with meat. Got the potato salad too, they were all fantastic. We have plenty of leftovers, It is a neighborhood walk up trailer, fast service, came with great sauce and all the fixins. Will be back for sure, nice folks serving up great food!

Hidden in the cusp of Pflugerville is this absolute GEM of a barbecue truck. The brisket, ribs and breakfast tacos were absolutely amazing.
What really makes this such a great restaurant is how sweet the owner and daughter were. They are truly genuine and love what they do – and it clearly shows! I highly recommend this place and am tempted to host a party JUST so I can have them cater it.

I’m addicted to this place. Possibly the best breakfast tacos I’ve ever had. I get brisket egg and cheese tacos, they’re amazing. I’m not a chorizo fan but this chorizo is so good, highly recommend. For the bbq, the brisket is awesome with good flavor. The turkey I had was on the dryer side but I plan on trying it again. It’s hard to beat this place with the quality of food and price. Cash only, don’t forget to tip the man.
