What an amazing find! I happened along here early in the morning before a conference and when I took my first bite of their Shrimp & Crab omelette, I was in love! Their biscuits are delicious and flaky. The staff is so kind and service minded. This location is takeout only and my only wish is to be able to share it with more people in a dine in experience. Do not miss the opportunity to treat yourself to good eats!

OMG!! A place that advertises southern cuisine and it actually tastes like it! The food was delicious! The service was amazing! I was recommended a non alcoholic beverage called “The Dirty South” and it taste so good!! I’ll be moving here soon and I already know this place will be one of our regular spots!!

We were looking for something to eat as soon as we got off the plane and this little hidden gem came up. It was less than 15 minutes away and had great reviews so we decided to check it out. I’m so glad we did! Everything was a 10/10 – the food, the service, and atmosphere. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of the food because we ingested it as soon as we got it but it was amazing. My mom had the shrimp and grits, I had the salmon croquettes with loaded breakfast potatoes and eggs. Definitely too much food to eat one time because they give you so much! We’re from the south and this was as authentic as it gets.

This used to be my go to spot. I recently just came here ordered the shrimp and crab omelette with the potatoes. Unfortunately, the potatoes were burnt no salt to it unseasoned my heart broke when I seen the biscuit. I noticed that the recipe had changed the biscuits are not how they used to be there much harder than usual, wasn’t that light and fluffiness. Omelette was still on point never disappoints. Same great customer service. Overall, it was OK just wish it was how it was before.

Bussin!! My husband and I visited from Atlanta, and were deciphering whether to go to Gritz and Waffles or Reds Flavor table.. After looking at the menu, we settled on RFT.. Best decision ever.. My husband picked the Short ribs and grits, and I got the shrimp and crab omelette!! Seasoned to perfection, generous portions, and reasonably priced..Just an amazing experience overall!! We will be back!!

Nice jazzy adult vibe indoors. It would be nice if they had the music reaching outside while you ate. I’ve had a lot from their menu, and you can’t go wrong with whatever you choose. This is the 2nd location for pick up orders (no bathroom and free parking) because the other location gets very busy.
