It’s obviously not a true drive-thru experience. But the burgers are good. We liked and disliked some things.
There are 4 options burger, cheese burger, bacon burger, or a turkey wrap.
The burgers are decent size and have a good taste. So 0 complaints there. It’s the condiment island that’s meh. Too many hands reaching in for our taste.
The chili cheese fries are great! The chili is really good. Well seasoned and not spicy. My only complaint is that they don’t add enough.
The service isn’t overly friendly. They are in the mindset of getting as many people serviced in as short of a time as possible.
The eating area is clean but can get messy when they are busy.
Overall, it’s a good spot. We will definitely do it again.
Pros: Great chili, good burgers, large eating area
Cons: Price, condiment island, service

We ordered the bacon cheese burger; the burger was bland and the bacon was under cooked. While we waited we counted 12 employees standing around doing nothing while there was trash to be picked up and tables to be wiped down. The atmosphere had a fun diner feel.

Maybe because I came for the excellent sit down meals at Dollywood and had to eat here because they closed early. But save your money,$16, overcooked hamburger with tasteless fries.

The overall experience was just disappointing. The food tasted like pure charcoal, the service was okay, BUT they don’t tell you that you pay $4 for a fountain drink that comes with a QR that you have to scan before filling up your drink. You get no refills and are not informed that you’re paying $4 for a fountain drink that comes with no refills. The atmosphere was so chaotic and stressful.

This is our favorite place to eat at Dollywood, as we are annual pass holders and visit often. It’s also one of the more economical ways to get a tasty, filling meal inside the park. We spent about $26 USD for 2 people to get cheeseburger and fry meals with a drink refill in our AP cups. This is a place we visit every time we are at the park, without question. Also, the cookies are really good as well!

Typical theme park food, nothing special. Food was fresh and tasted like i expected from a theme park. It obviously isn’t gourmet burgers but I’ve certainly had worse. Employees were friendly but overworked and overwhelmed.

Food here is mediocre at best. What sells this place is the atmosphere. Modeled after an actual diner where Dolly Parton grew up in there are signs depicting the history of Sevierville which was the town she grew up in.
Yes, there is one vegan option here-a salad. Mostly burgers, turkey wraps and salads. A multipurpose drink machine is located on both sides so you can choose whatever you like.
There is a toppings bar for your cheeseburgers. Burgers were plain patties. Not the greatest but your average amusement type park food. French fries are average as well. Only thing this place has going for it is that it is not a buffet.
Still it is convenient as it sits in an area of the park known as Jukebox junction.

This is an amazing place. If you like hamburgers, Hamburgers, or even bacon burgers you will love Red’s.

We originally thought it was a sit down restaurant and was disappointed that it wasn’t. The food was not good and we were the soda wasn’t working and we had to buy bottles of water then we see people filling up cups at the soda machine. The people were rude that waited on us then like we said they told us there was no sodas when there obviously was. We love Dollywood, but we will not be eating here again. I had to go to Nathan’s to get my son a hot dog when we left because he wouldn’t eat the burger.

I understand charging $15.50 for a hamburger but maybe make the burger good. Worst burger I’ve literally ever had. It was a dried out piece of meat with fake cheese on it.
