Stopped here on the way back home to Florida from Nebraska. Had the best food: bbq and fried chicken. Friendly owners and staff. The place was clean. The coleslaw homemade and so delicious. And after being in Nebraska, Red’s sweet tea was like a taste of heaven. This place is so southern and so authentic: glad we stopped.

Truck driver passing through and decided to stop fort breakfast. These are the best biscuits in the country. Her grits and eggs were cooked perfectly too. They are also very reasonably priced. Hopefully I can get back through here one day soon to try the barbecue. There’s room for one big truck to park in the closed down gas station across the street.

My brother, his family, and I ate at Reds Bbq and Catering on June 4 and 5, 2022, and it was great! Prices are reasonable, and we liked the steaks, fried catfish filets, chicken strips, baked beans, and sweet potato pie. We also had a very good breakfast. Miss Eileen (Red) and her staff were friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The restaurant itself is spacious, and even customers were friendly. If you are local or passing through, drop by and eat with them!

There is nothing in Leary Ga. EXCEPT REDS CATERING & BBQ! If you want a true southern food experience this the place! Best fried chicken & pork chops around. All the side fixings & sweet tea you can handle at lunchtime! If your planning on taking the scenic route through some country Georgia roads make sure stop for lunch at REDS!
