This is the first time I have been here and was very impressed. The food is really good so I am surprised that there was no wait. Great meal and the desert is awesome. I will will definitely be back.
Just one more thing, the staff here seems to really enjoy their job and they were all super friendly.
5+ stars here !

Tried out Redrock Canyon Grill while in town visiting family. The restaurant is very inviting, with a large bar area and upbeat atmosphere. In terms of the menu, it would have been nice to see more interesting cocktails and food options, but there should be something that anyone could enjoy for food or drinks. For the items were ordered everything came out quickly and looked great, although some items were overcooked and I would have enjoyed my salmon with more flavor. Overall, a solid dinner experience although I would say the prices were a bit high for the end results.

I have nothing negative to say about this place. The staff was amazing. The food was amazing. And the drinks were amazing (try the perfect margarita). It’s definitely an upscale restaurant, so it’s perfect for a special occasion or nice date night, but they also had really great Social Hour specials so that you could go hang out and not spend a ton. I would 100% recommend trying this place out. It was all around fantastic and I’ll definitely be going back.

I went with my family for a dinner Saturday afternoon (4PM). The place was rather empty, with a few people at the bar and a large event gathering in a separate area.
Waiter was attentive and polite. The food was good. Kid meal portions are huge.

1st time here. Average experience. Welcoming staff. Friendly server. Fried calamari was tad overdone and quite chewy. Chicken fried chicken was very thin. Mashed potatoes and carrots saved this dish. Wife had the meatloaf. Meatloaf was average as was the sauce. Banana pudding portion was good. Flavor was nice as was the consistency. Overall, $85 with tip was about expected for a meal in the area.

First time dining here and the experience and atmosphere was amazing! We went an hour before closing and it was perfect, not crowded whatsoever and it felt cozy. Ordered the chicken fried chicken and I mentioned that I was just going to share with my bf. Our server (Trey) brought two plates and said he had them split it for us and that was really awesome because we didn’t think to ask. Drinks were great! Service was great and food was really good, we definitely will be coming back and get dessert next time. Below is the picture of my plate, my bf had the same portion so I’m thinking their portions are really large 🙂

The good was amazing! The Poblano pepper is so much more than your average Chile Relleno. It is so large is could almost be a meal by itself. The steak with the gorgonzola sauce was also incredible. Top it off with a homemade key lime pie and you’ve got an unforgettable dining experience. We’re definite coming back!

Delicious! They have a large enclosed patio, which is great for Texas summers. I ordered fried calamari and filet, both super tasty. The calamari was not overcooked and chewy and the filet was cooked perfectly at medium rare. Wait staff was prompt and courteous. I will definitely go back!

The sever was nice and friendly. The queso appetizer was good. The meatloaf was ok, but the sides tasted better. The Hawaiian ribeye was not good. It was tough and cooked wrong. The taste was more like salted ham. The best thing was the dessert, which we had the key lime pie and the banana pudding. I will be back here for the service, appetizer, and dessert.
