We loved coming here to get breakfast sandwiches with our family visiting. We ordered for to-go but the owner saw we had children and opened the kids playroom for us. He put a movie on for us and gave our son bagel dough to play while we waited for our food. Ate there instead of to-go. Great service!

Great food and quality. Would be 5 stars but I don’t know if the tickets don’t print out right when ordering on the website but I literally never once have gotten the extras I’ve asked for. If I order a Bacon egg and cheese on a double toasted bagel with salt, pepper and ketchup (this has happened every single time and I order the same thing, dozen+ orders via the website) I will get a bacon, egg and cheese on a non toasted bagel with no salt, pepper or ketchup, every time. I guess that’s on me for continuing to order via the website. I didn’t care to complain, just stopped tipping after the 10th time.

Great food.. but the Service is terrible at times. Waited 45 minutes for my order, only for them to completely mess it up. The crazy thing is people came in after me and ordered and they received it before me. All I did was order a simple sandwich. They pretty much just forgot about my order completely. I had to remind them about my order then they made it in a rush and messed it up so badly

1st time going will be my last. 1st they had very very few bagels available. 2nd they took way to long to get 2 bagels made. Which by the way 1 had cream cheese 1 had butter. That’s it. Still got it wrong. This is not hard. Do better.

Here’s my experience at Redhouse. Ordered a sandwich, bagel with lox and home fries online. It’s 45 mins later and I’m still standing here waiting with several other frustrated customers. I’ve already watched 3 people leave and come back in because they were missing items in their order. 1 woman had a completely wrong order. As I’m typing this one guy who finally received his online order had to go and get his own drink that was on the order as they just gave him his food portion of the order. I understand waiting on what may be good food TBD but this is beyond reasonable. Just got home. This is a JOKE. This is the Nova lox??? 1 tiny sliver? Horrible. Downgrading from a 2 ⭐ to 1 ⭐. Wouldn’t recommend or go back.

My wife and I have been here several times for bagels. Every time we’ve gotten good quality and fresh bagels/breakfast sandwiches even when we came towards closing. The staff was friendly and was able to recommend good options. Price was also very reasonable.
