I’ve been ordering redefine meals for a while now as a convenient way to hit my nutrition goals and lose body fat. The food is always fresh and delicious, but after the noticing that my weight loss completely stalled and even increased for three weeks, I started wondering what the issue was. I count my calories and track everything I eat. I assumed the nutrition label on these meals would be accurate. I was wrong. I decided to weigh one of the meals, and a meal that is supposed to weigh 382g weighed well over 500g, adding significantly more calories than advertised. I am very disappointed that I lost so much progress on my fitness goals because I trusted an inaccurate nutrition label.
