A coworker told me about this place – so happy I found it. It makes for a nice healthy meal that’s reasonably priced when I don’t have the time or energy to cook. My favorites are the Hibachi Steak With Fried Rice and the Chipotle Steak Bowl – so tasty and I love that the beef is grass fed! I definitely will be going back and looking forward to trying other things!

My son wanted a healthy option for his birthday dinner and chose this new quick serve restaurant as they make his favorite meal prep meals each week. Plenty of parking, friendly helpful staff. Food was delicious. It’s a limited menu of pizza and salads at this time but they are on to something. We all thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I got the Alla Vodka Pizza while the others got salads. I also had the Strawberry smoothy with no sugar. Definitely going back when I am in that area again. Looking forward to seeing them expand the concept across Long Island and beyond.

The kid working on 3/4 at 3:30PM was beyond horrible. I am a loyal customer with my meal prep and everyone else who works in here is beyond delightful except for him. First I walked in to blasting rap music and almost little to no meals in the fridge. When I walked up to the counter he had his feet up and ignored me until he was ready to get up which is very inconsiderate in my humble opinion. When ringing me up I was asked if that’s the last meal. Why am I doing his job where if he stocked it and kept track he would be able to figure that out for himself. On my way out there were no utensils stocked either. Clearly he doesn’t care. Usually like to come here and enjoy everyone else who works here but if he’s going to be behind the counter I may reconsider this location.

We’re very health-conscious and appreciate the clean ingredients and focus on high protein — all while being delicious and satisfying. Store was extremely clean and well stocked. Adian the clerk (manager?) at the desk was super helpful and answered all my questions regarding caloric intake in the meals i purchased. Will definitely be back highly appreciate the effort!

This place is excellent! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the whole restaurant is spotless and feels brand new. The portion sizes are huge, the prices are very fair, and there are plenty of food options to choose from. It’s also really convenient to get to. Definitely one of my new go-to spots!

I’ve been coming here for approximately 3 and 1/2 months it required not much discipline just eating what I want when I want but good food I quit all sugary drinks but that’s on me I take all the credit for that one I give them all the credit for the healthy food I’ve lost 32 lb and 3 and 1/2 months no kidding.
