I receive so many meal ads and redefine has the best food choices and you don’t have to pay for a subscription or pay before choosing what you want to order. They even have many locations where you can go in and buy as well. The portion sizes are good and they taste delicious. I don’t like leftovers so this is perfect to take to work for lunch each day.

I’ve been eating Redefine meals for a few years now, and they never disappoint. These pre-cooked, ready-to-go options are not only convenient but also genuinely delicious. This is my go to spot for prepped meals located in the Islip Main Street area. The stores are clean. There’s always plenty of options for meals. They switch up the menu often. My favorite meal is the hibachi steak but you can’t go wrong with any of the pre-prepped meals. David at the counter was super helpful!
