First time customer review. We had excellent service from Sarah and the rest of the staff at Red Brick. We had the cauliflower crust pizza, Pepperoni and mushrooms, and it was very good. Most places offer a cauliflower crust pizza and burn the crust to a crisp. Not so a this establishment. It was great with a bit of crunch. Also had a pepperoni personal pizza which was very good.
Some reviews say that the food is a little more expensive than other places, but that depends on what you have had before. They do offer wings, salads, meatballs and bottled drinks, no soda fountain. There are daily specials that are not pictured here, as well as a happy hour specials, dont forget to check Facebook for more deals. We will be back to try different pizzas in the future.

Nice staff, clean location. Pizza seem pricey for what they were. Got 3 9 inch pizzas to taste and 2 sodas for 48 bucks. Crazy cause hardly any sauce. They were kinda bland. Greek was ok, meat works needed meat cooked more and no sauce. Margarita pizza was the best. The one with the tomatoes on it. Not sure I’ll come back. Too expensive for what you get.

I had the most delicious gluten free pizza tonight! This staff, especially Lydia, is so welcoming and fun, you’ll feel so at home. We spent most of the evening chatting with them and it was such a joyful place.
Sorry I don’t have a photo, we dug right in and forgot to take a photo. My husband had a thin crust pizza and we also enjoyed buffalo wings. All of it delicious. 10/10

Pizza was amazing and the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make eating here a great experience. I really like that you get watch your food being made. Love the layout and the decor too! Can’t wait to try the calzone next time!!

I just ate takeout pizza from there and it was amazing! I had the cauliflower crust margherita pizza and it was so so good! I was even afraid that they had made a mistake and given me regular crust (I’m diabetic) but I compared it to my family’s pizza crust and it is definitely cauliflower! The staff was very very nice, including the manager. I will definitely come back again. They also have dairy free gluten free crust and dairy free cheese, so vegans can even enjoy their delicious pizza. My family also loved their pizzas!

I ate today with my daughter. The food was delicious. I had the green pizza and she had the cheese bread.
They didn’t have a kids menu, but pizza is shareable. I didn’t have to buy a 4$ bottle of water instead of ice water, but again, I can support a local place for a bit more money. The atmosphere is clean and small, very small eating space. The owner asked nicely how we were doing. Loved trying it. Will go again.

When I walked in the door I got a very nice greeting already making me feel welcomed into the establishment. Mike was the employee at the counter taking my order and was such a delight. The food was awesome, great staff, and service. I Would definitely recommend trying out this unique style of pizza crust. I had a pizza with the pesto sauce and it was delicious.

Went there for the first time today and had a fantastic meal! Might be a little pricier but you get what you pay for and they are generous with the toppings. The staff were very friendly it practically felt like we were having lunch with them

Fire brick oven pizza was wonderful!! Friendly staff and both of the pizza’s we had were excellent!! Definitely will be back!! They have a gluten free crust, dairy free option and a cauliflower crust as well.
