Crew is understaffed, poorly dressed, slow to respond and slack.
Atmosphere is depressing, built to house many, underestimating daily customer traffic.
The food was ok, one of ours commented the cheese tasting fake. The meat tasted a little fake.
This place needs to leave, it’s very sad and slow.
Upon entering, seeing how slow it was, we were considering leaving and going to a better place. Or perhaps it’s just an off day.
I’m not coming here again.

Highly recommend this perfectly prepared and delicious pizza! Right amount of pepperoni and hamburger toppings, and cheese – plus the crust is super crispy! Also, the service was outstanding! Not only did Ashley make an exceptional pizza but she also provided excellent service and checked on us too! She made our experience and we will absolutely return to this Destin Commons location!

Yummy pizza, simple pizza dough ingredients without soy so it was very allergy friendly for us! Excellent selection of veggie toppings which was a nice bonus, variety of sauce options etc. small medium & large pizza sizes (I got small personal and was filled, my teenager got a large).
The owner went above and beyond and opened up early for us which was so wonderful and kind of him!
Our pizzas were made super fast and the customer service is absolutely above and beyond! Relaxing atmosphere and just a few steps from Starbucks and a very nice playground for younger kids, safe area and family friendly! Also next door to movie theater.

I recommend you DO NOT EAT HERE ! Food was burnt, poor service, not impressed. Employees did not care, only suggested that pizza may have been overdone. Everything was served on cheapest paper plates and plastic silverware. Lousiest meal we’ve had in a long time.

We walked up to the counter to order and pay. We ordered a cheese combo that had 2 slices and a drink, a med half Meat and half Margherita, and a house salad with out onions. We paid $ 42.50. The pizzas were burnt on the edges and all over the bottom and the salad came out after the pizza, covered in onion.

I worked in the Pizza Delivery business going back nearly 24 years, and I have never, never seen such dismal,disorganized, and duplicitous ethic in my life. This experience was an absolute joke. First and foremost, I called the number at least 3 times in the span of 25 minutes and no one ever answered the receiver. Second, I quickly tried to make sure they bring Crushed Peppers and they couldn’t even do that.
The Couriers were fantastic. That’s the ONLY positive thing I can say about the experience. The Ingredients were maybe a step ahead of Papa Johns, meaning for $18+ Tax and delivery charge, this was an absolute ripoff. Take a look at the photo. That’s not a ‘12, that’s not even ‘11. 10 inches is not a Medium pie. Does this Startup even KNOW the fundamentals of Crust sizes and kneading? I guess not.
I’m a tourist here in Destin, not a Resident. I hadn’t even been in FL for 33 years. I expected a positive experience and didn’t even get it. To say how disappointed I am is an understatement. I feel like I wasted $23. I don’t recommend Redbrick. Period. Even Pizza Inn and TX exclusives like Villa Roma are 20X better. If you’re in Destin, go to Jets or Merlin instead. Utterly pathetic.

Fantastic food at reasonable prices! Location is great for shopping then making a stop to enjoy some delicious pizza. Ashley did a phenomenal job taking my order, explaining the menu options, and making the food very fresh. I will certainly come back given the chance. I live out of state but I’ll certainly make this spot a place to return to eat at.
