Took my mother who’s 88 to the casino for a little fun. We went for dinner at the Red Willow restaurant. I ordered the Ruben sandwich and she the ribeye steak. The steak was so tough and grisly she barley ate half. The meat on my sandwich was so tough it was hard to eat as a sandwich. I had to pull it apart and find pieces that were edible. The waitress came and we said we were done and ready to leave. She picked up our plates and asked how our meal was. We said not good. She could see all the meat left on the plates and brought us our check. Will not be going back.

Absolutely wonderful! There’s a bit of a wait, 20 or 30 minutes, but it was new year’s Eve, so I’m not surprised.
Our waitress was fantastic! I didn’t catch her name, but she was very sweet and spoiled my mom and I. Highly recommend this place!

Ribeye was comparable to a denys steak and the pot roast tasted like it came from a frozen bag potatoes are fake

The red willow was under construction so we ate at the “Buffalo” I believe in the casino. We had fairly decent service. Quite slow with our drink order. My order was to have white gravy and was delivered with brown. The young lady stood there then asked me if I wanted it exchanged. Of course I did. That was not what I ordered for 20.00. this is my second bad experience with waitressing. The restaurant I’m sorry to say was dirty. There were used forks on the floor at our table as well as used napkins on the floor. I know you can do better. It’s not an issue of staffing as there were several employees sitting around and visiting in a group. Our total order came to well over 100.00 for the 4 of us.

Food is better than expected, atmosphere feels a lot like a fast fold chain but the service was EXCELLENT. Our waitress was having a difficult time walking yet she had the most excellent attitude and was extremely kind, friendly and attentive. LOVED the tiramisu. Edit: had tiramisu again, still AMAZING. PULLED PORK SANDWICH WITH FRESH CUT FRIES – SOOOOOO GOOD!!!! New waitress, amazing, again!!!

I’m from here. I’ve traveled to quite a few places for work, so that meant I ate out every night. And only a few fancy/expensive restaurants could match Red Willow. After there menu change, the food is more fresh and not like processed food. It’s delicious. This food is up there with the best around Wyoming. The only downside is that it’s expensive and not that much quantity. But the quality is there for sure! I’m a frequent costumer, and satisfied every time!

I had the bacon cheeseburger and the spinach+artichoke dip, both were pretty good. The burger was a little undercooked (asked for medium) but still really good (7/10). The spinach dip could have used more seasoning for my personal taste but still good(7/10). The first person I first talked to when arriving was very dismissive and seemed annoyed with my questions (did not catch her name) but everyone else was very friendly and helpful. I will eat here again when in the area.

I picked up a couple of specials on New Years Day. The stew was very good and thick, full of meat. The fry bread was excellent and so big! Nice $10 meals.
