We have ordered from here for many years. Always reliable. Tonight we anticipated a long wait (Halloween) so we ordered early. We were told it would be an hour wait, which is totally reasonable for Halloween. After an hour and a half we called, and they told us it would be 30 more minutes as they had gotten “busy.” After another 30 minutes, we called and they told us its going to take longer. I explained that one hour was turning into over 2 hours, and the girl repeated that “its going to be longer” and hung up on me.

To be clear, long waits happen, as do delays. However, it is extremely unacceptable to hang up on a customer who is simply trying to find out where a long overdue order is.

Next year be a little bit more aware of your order capabilities, but more importantly dont hang up the phone on a customer who is following up on an order for 12 kids when two hours have past.

Follow up, total wait of 2 hours and 20 minutes. Seems like it was ready an hour ago.

Honest review. Our company just moved in to the area and we are searching for our “pizza joint”. The pizza was good..but it bacame obvious to me that the man running the show is 100 percent commited to his customers by making it a seemless experience. Reciept..condiments..and suggestions. Good job sir.

First time ordering here.
Ordered a pizza on the go. Half plain, half sausage. The taste was good. The pizza crust was very thin , it almost wasn’t the same consistency with every slice. Also it was runny to the point if you were to pick it up everything woulda flopped right off .
Definitely will not go back.
This was a Friday evening so maybe rushing through orders, etc. But still shouldn’t have had that experience.

The food here never disappoints! Hands down the best tasting and most consistent Italian restaurant in the Marlboro/Colts Neck area.

My go to pizza spot lately. The pizza is super tasty and the crust is always nice and soft. The staff is also always very friendly and welcoming. I like that they have different varieties, i think it’s also good pricing

A great little hidden gem. They are not trying to be something other than a great pizza place with excellent food. It’s also refreshing how much care they put into their salads for those that don’t want only pizza.
Knowing that they want to get it right the first time is terrific. Knowing that if something is wrong, they WILL make it right is amazing.

I can’t wait to come back.

I have never in my life witnessed such blatant cruelty and disrespect in a place of business. An African-American gentleman came in, politely requesting that his food be prepared the way he liked it—a simple request, the kind any paying customer has every right to make. Instead of being treated with the dignity and kindness all people deserve, he was mocked, called the most hateful racial slur imaginable, and had food thrown at him.

This was not just bad service. This was open, violent racism—an attempt to humiliate and dehumanize a man simply because of the color of his skin. Watching it unfold was heartbreaking. He asked for nothing more than the respect every customer should be given, and in return, he was met with hostility, hatred, and cruelty.

Great food. Prices are a bit high, but I guess I’m a bit nostalgic on the price of a pizza ($10 for a large 15 years ago). Every other pizza joint worth your taste buds and quality will cost the same (Dominos is fast food, not pizza).
Service is excellent; friendly employees and quick order turnaround. Delivery is free and fast (Tip the driver $5 minimum, anything lower, go pick it up yourself, cheapskate).
