Red Tail Pizza Co. is a mobile fast-fired pizza kitchen based in Hidden Springs, Idaho located behind Rooted Coffee. We handcraft artisan pizzas using quality ingredients and local flavors, served fresh from our food truck in the neighborhood or at community events, neighborhood gatherings, and private functions. Love this place. Seriously the best pizza in the valley. Fair prices, delicious pizza and of course amazing ranch. We love the specialty pizza, only fitting it has potatoes. The margarita pizza is also sooooo good. Weve tried almost all the pizzas and all are really good. They also use sourdough which so soo yummy. The people are also super friendly.
