Red Stix Street Food & Bar

Social Profile:

Red Stix beautifully captures the sights, smells and tastes of Asian street food. Our menu is a culmination of Chef Uno’s childhood memories in Thailand and her wide-ranging travels. The finishing flourish of each hand-crafted bowl or sandwich is a Red Stix — our signature yakitori skewer. Each Red Stix is threaded with morsels of chicken, pork, or steak, bathed in our umami-rich, silky marinade and grilled over binchotan charcoal. Our grill-masters vigorously fan them until the coals hiss, flames spark, smoke puffs and the meat quickly cooks to juicy, charred deliciousness. The Red Stix are nestled atop the bowls or sandwiches that our guests customize with layers of fresh vegetables, pickled daikon, and herbs.

Tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday and really enjoyed my meal. The duck fat fried rice was DELICIOUS! The portion was great and it was full of flavor. We tried the skewer sampler as well and that was delicious. I ordered the shrimp ragoon but wasn’t a fan.

I loved the enclosed patio but it was way too humid!! The server was attentive without being overbearing. Overall, it was a great value and I definitely will be back!

Let me just start this with by saying overall this was an amazing experience. The waitress was so attentive and so nice and so well informed with what it was with the food. Recommended the spike cherry limeade and let me tell you it packs a punch ( in a great way ) Then the food came out so fast I got the lattice shrimp with the spicy dam dam noodles. The shrimp was fried to perfection with a great dipping sauce then just a few minutes later my noodles come out with a heaping plate. Then the cook came out and asked me if I want more spicy ( And of course I did) Then, just a few minutes later, he came out to ask me How I liked everything. Came in with an empty belly left with empty plates. Walked 3 miles to get here and I’m not disappointed in even the slightest. 10 out of 10 recommend!

1st time dining here and will become regulars for sure. Food was incredible, fresh, and very quick. Our server, Chin, was incredibly helpful and walked us through every course. We started with the Spiked Cherry Limeade pouches and then we ate the crispy lattice shrimp, drunken noods, shaken beef noods and then finished it out with the smores banana pudding. Absolutely to die for. You have to try this place.

Visiting on business. Found on the American Airlines Dining Privileges Site. Dishes looked good. Stopped by.

I got the Shrimp Rangoon and Crispy Lattice Shrimp. Yes, I love me some Shrimp. The Crispy Lattice Shrimp is almost like Tempura, the Sriracha Aioli is definitely fire, savory, make ya wanna not leave any behind. Plenty of menu items and drinks. I got Boba Mocktail.

Service is great. Very attentive, friendly and accommodating.

This place is fire! My husband ordered the duck fat fried rice, & I got the big bahn mi sandwich. Both were delicious! We also got the Stix sampler and a Capri Fun just to nibble & try it out. They were fantastic! Obviously, we ordered more than we can handle, but it was all the more reason to enjoy them later. Will definitely come back again and hopefully with friends the next round.

I love that this little place is local, and easy to get to! Parking is never an issue, and upon entering this restaurant, you’re welcomed to seat at any open table. The service is always prompt, and the food is exceptional! This time I ordered the Chicken Satay Banh Mi, and my dining partner ordered the Duck Fat Fried rice. We chose the spicy edamame as our appetizer, which came out of the kitchen promptly, and was delicious! The ponzu chili pepper sauce that is drizzled over the edamame is tasty!! This restaurant never fails to execute a memorable meal!

Stopped here for dinner before a show at the theater across the street. The pasta was delicious, with a large portion. The spiked drink pouch was fun, colorful, and surprising strong. Especially for the cost. Everything was brought out quickly, too. I need to come back and try more of the drink pouches and the food. There were a lot of interesting options to choose from.

This is a great spot to stop by on Saturday. It is all day happy hour and they have a menu with a bunch of street food and drinks with some great prices. We got the ranch water flight, which was really good, the poppin pineapple margarita, and finally tried a high noon tequila there! I’ve tried to get the lychee martini twice and they seem to always be out of the ingredients to make it.

For food we got:
– fried chicken dumplings – good!
– spicy edamame – one of our faves
– togarashi fries – not too unique
– shrimp Rangoon – BEST I’ve had
– crispy wrapped shrimp – too crispy in my opinion
– sriracha buffalo wings – good!
– ramen – good but a lot of bok Choy
– Tom khai gah soup – also good
– drunken noodles – the favorite
– dynamite shrimp – not my fave

We’ve been able to try some different things and still have more to try! Will DEFINITELY be back. The service is great and they’re straight up about best options for food! Also we love the patio, they have have bar top that is indoor/outdoor we always sit at. The patio is heated and enclosed but can open with good weather.
