Actual Wait time: 36 minutes on a smooth night! 5:00pm-5:46pm!
Called at 4:53pm – placed an order for 2 things. They said it will be ready in 15 minutes. It’s 13 minutes away from me. Left out at 4:59pm got to the restaurant at 5:12pm. Paid for the order and while I was paying it seemed as though the cashier was mumbling something under her breath. I assumed she had an earpiece in her ear and I proceeded to pay for my order and take a seat. There were 4 people already sitting down and waiting. There was 1 lady in line on the phone getting what she wanted together. The lady at the counter called the 4 people that were waiting. By this time 4 more people walked in to place an order. 1 very tall older gentleman a short older gentleman a young guy and an elderly lady. They all place their order, I’m still waiting. I hadn’t gotten up to ask questions because someone was steadily at the register and I didn’t want to be rude. 5:43pm came and she asks me my name and said oh your order is right here. Which just so happened to be the same order she was wrapping up WHEN I WALKED IN THAT’S BEEN SITTING THERE FOR ALMOST AN HOUR!!! She chuckles and me and my fiancé requested a refund. I can’t take cold soggy chicken home to feed my family. If you have a problem call off or suck it up but do NOT take your problem(s) out on any customer. To say you didn’t see my order when you wrapped it up AND you’ve been grabbing every order from the same shelf and DELIBERATELY not looking or going to that ONE ORDER is crazy work. I go here way to much for the bull crap. I knew that wasn’t the person who usually takes my order when I called. Where is management?!!!?!

I had the pleasure of being served by Markeisha, and she was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, her service was professional, friendly, and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The red snapper was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Markeisha made great recommendations and truly elevated the whole dining experience.

If you’re looking for excellent food and top-notch service, Markeisha is the one to look for. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to family and friends!

This is the only location I’ll order from. Good food is made fresh to order and the service at the front is on point. Keisha always gets my order right and checks the order before she blesses it with lemon pepper to make sure it’s the right amount of wings or whatever in there. One time, it was a baby wing in my order and she told the kitchen to replace it with a better one. That’s service with a smile! I’m not going to any other location.

I had an issue with my order the other day where my plate was missing a wing from my 8pc party wing. Firstly the wings were not dipped properly and they were cooked too long barely had any meat on the bone. Then when I came back to the store to get help the cooks looked at me with a bad attitude. But the young lady with the tattoos was very helpful she offered me a beverage or a desert for my inconvenience. However the cooks need to pay attention to the orders and the food in the fryer and not playing on their phones!!

GREASE WAS OLD!!! Ordered uber eats gave me chicken cooked in old grease. I had three normal sized chicken wings and underneath three very small pieces (which are sitting in the refrigerator). Sub par at best. CHANGE YOUR GREASE and get rid of the BOGO until you do. Yall bogus for that

on Monday 7/28 this is the chicken they gave us it was black, cooked in old grease and was hard you couldn’t chew it. We requested a credit or refund . Julio the cook refused because we couldn’t bring it back up there because we traveled. DONT GO HERE! JULIIO CARES NOTHING ABOUT THE FOOD OR YOUR MONEY! THE CASHIER EVEN SAID IT TO ME THEY DONT CARE! TAKE YOUR MONEY TO ANOTHER PLACE!
