Placed an online order for delivery on today.
1 full loaded Mac and cheese
1 half loaded Mac and cheese
2 tenders and extra rooster sauce
Food delivery time was early than anticipated however thy did not fulfill the order. Received 3 boxes (the 2 tenders and the full loaded Mac and cheese)
Contacted the location to notify them of the missing 1/2 loaded Mac and cheese and they offered me to come pick up which I can not due to we were working. Then had the audacity to offer 20% off next visit and unless I ordered a ton of items I would still be at a loss of money. He said he would reach out to his boss and call me back. After 2 hours of no call back I called back and no answer after calling back multiple times. Either need money back or the meal.
Unfortunately for me I am stuck at work til 11 pm and can’t go address issue. I typically order from the Warminster location and colleagues and I never have had issues but saw that there was a Doylestown location closer. Had to split my meal which I planned to eat for my night shift just so all could eat. Not pleased with customer service.
** Updated 12/19/2025 at 23:10 to say the manager contacted me personally after seeing review and I never was able to speak with him via phone but via text due to being at work. Shawn was very apologetic and actually unaware of the situation. He provided most importantly an apology, but also a full “redo” of meal, all items.
*** updated again as of 1/16/2026. Due to holidays was unable to retrieve replacement meal. Contacted Shawn today from text message and he stated the location has a note at register. I proceeded to call the location and spoke with a young lady who stated Shawn was no longer the GM and there was no note at register stating anything of the sort. She stated she would pass information to the owners IF they came in. So as of 1/16/2026 I have not received my refund. Business is very unprofessional, unorganized and lacks structure.
First and foremost, the customer service was atrocious. I spoke to a young blonde girl over the phone. She was literally having a conversation with someone else while I was trying to place my order. I didn’t think much of it, not a big deal. Then when I got to the restaurant, it was clear she was who I had spoken with on the phone; because she was just as disrespectful in person. She had a group of friends hanging out inside with her, and seemed awfully inconvenienced by me.
The food. I get home and open the food up, and I just sighed. For the record, I live like 6 minutes from this place! There was a bunch of coleslaw on my sandwich, the tender was just a frozen chicken tender covered in a bunch of seasoning, the mac and cheese was frankly inedible. The chicken sandwich was soggy from the pickles and coleslaw. The fries were okay.
Due to the TERRIBLE service I received, and my personal standards didn’t match the food quality, I would not return here. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. What I’m sure was once a gem, is no longer.
