There does not seem to be an abundance of places to eat and drink in Klamath Falls other than the usual fast food chains so we were happy to find this place.

Thank you guys for still having liver and onions, most places don’t anymore in town, my grandma enjoyed that so much. I had the steak sandwich, both were excellent! Cozy little diner, with a salad bar and friendly staff. I ordered the Rooster Alrfredo and was suprised by the portion size. Brother ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl which smelled good from across the table. The taste was kind of kind of lacking but presentation was great. Salad bar was pretty average but still good. If I stayed at the hotel it is in front of again, I would definitely revisit this place.

The food here was great. We opted to go for soup instead of the salad bar. Service seemed a bit rushed, but that might be due to staffing issues. The food was very well priced, making this a place with a great price-to-quality ratio.

I will admit that I am picky. Anyone who knows me will agree. So just keep that in mind with my review. I believe this restaurant needs a face-lift. IT just feels old and dingy. That could have been excellent sautéed in just maybe a mix of butter, olive oil and garlic. Well, they were soaked in so much harsh seasoning that I took o e bite and could do no more. Mom ate two. Then my plate, it was a hamburger steak with brown gravy and onions. Then rice pilaf and green beans. The hamburger was fine but something about the gravy had a really bad smell when put in front of me. The o ions in it also had a strange taste. Then what was supposed to be rice pilaf….. well it was undercooked chicken ricearoni. Last but not least frozen green beans that covered 1/3 of my plate. They were just bland store bought frozen beans. I ate maybe 6 bites of food and took the mat home for the dogs. Also we both got milkshakes. I guess the girl had a hard time. Not sure what that means. It took awhile to get as we wanted them with dinner. But got awhile into the meal. They were on a plate and running out of the glass. We both went to take a drink and couldn’t as the clumps of ice cream not blended prevented it. So we had to let them melt and then stir like crazy before each drink. If the food would have been better….. i would have been able to forget the surroundings. But unfortunately it wasn’t.

If you want a simple and big meal cooked right that’s also affordable, and brought out in a timely manner with smiles, then come here. Its quiet too and the food is so scrumptious. They even have a bar around back inside that serves STIFF drinks.

The husband and I were visiting from out of town and stopped for lunch.. I had a chef salad, he had a wrap. We were both very happy with the food. The service was very good also. The one strike is that the restaurant was dated but over a great place

Atmosphere Feels great and almost “folky” respectful waiter, she was very on top of things including seating, beverages, and helping choose food, the restaurant is well kept and clean, including the restroom. Food was great. I recommend their great assortment of burgers and sandwiches, the salad bar also looks really good, gluten free options are limited but are available. Me and my family will be returning.
