Great place to relax and spend time with friends. We really enjoyed our visit to Red Rocks Café at Birkdale Village. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, perfect for a casual dinner or a long conversation. Customer service was excellent, our server showed attention to every detail, checked on us at the right moments, and made sure everything was taken care of without being intrusive. The food was good and well prepared, everything tasted fresh and came out on time. Overall, a very pleasant experience with quality service and a nice vibe. Definitely a place I would recommend and come back to again.

The experience of my wife and I 12th marriage anniversary was nothing less than spectacular! Ashlee (server) and Alex (a very knowledgeable manager) made the vibe so comforting. That was just the beginning of a wonderful evening. We started with drinks and appetizers. The wings were cooked to perfection and the spinach dip was very exquisite. We ordered ribeyes with broccoli and garlic smash potatoes. All I can say is the chef deserves a raise. We will be returning for outings with family and friends on a regular basis, from here on out.

This place is always amazing. We frequent for lunch. The southwest chicken ravioli is amazing. Kim always greets us. Our server Rayshaud was so attentive. Things are consistently amazing here. Don’t skip the tuxedo cheesecake for dessert.

Went for a girls night out for a birthday. Had a reservation and were seated quickly. It was my first time at the Birkdale location. The food looked amazing (the tuna was a definite presentation), and our server, Dustin, was personable, funny, and attentive, and the manager who came over and spoke to us was very welcoming. Good food, good customer service, would return! Had a great night!

The service was good. The food was good. I think the ambiance and the scene is a biggest upside to the place. The drinks were really good. It’s a decent spot for a change of scenery. The outside seating in the evening is very nice. Not the tastiest but not a bad place to eat. The ribs and fries were good, but the salmon and Caesar salad were just alright.

We had my daughter’s 10th birthday at Red Rocks this past Saturday and it was great! I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Allie for helping coordinate the reservation and doing a really cute personalized menu! She answered all my questions and was so helpful! I unfortunately cannot remember the name of the waitress that took care of their table but she was incredible, too! (She has 9 grandchildren, if that helps give her recognition). She was SO amazing with 11 girls and the entire night went so smoothly and wonderfully. My daughter said it was the best birthday ever! Highly recommend Red Rocks and these ladies! The food was wonderful, as always, too!

My wife and I have been going to Red Rocks since we moved here in 2006. It has been consistently good. We always bring out of town guests there for a great meal. We love their Crab Bisque. Steaks are always cooked perfectly. Today we went for lunch and it was good, lunch special Chicken Piccata was only ok, but everything else was great. Great Service today and anytime we visit. Will be back soon…

Wow, where do I even begin with the terrible experience I had here. So many red flags came up from the start of my first time dining here that by the end I shouldn’t have been surprised. First, it took almost 30 minutes for our table to be ready which was made with a reservation well in advance. We all took it in stride though, I understand things happen. Once seated, the waitress began taking orders. I clearly requested a mocktail and ordered one directly from the menu and she was slightly pushy about me ordering alcohol, which made me nervous that she would serve me alcohol anyway. For my meal, I ordered Alex Ogle’s center cut filet. The waitress said “oh I don’t know the names of these meals is that a ribeye?” I should’ve known right then this experience was going downhill. Once the steak arrived it was not as stated on the menu. I received a steak with potatoes and a huge basket of fried onions on top. The menu states this 4oz center cut filet comes with mashed potatoes and broccoli. When I asked where the broccoli was, she looked at me like I had 2 heads. Considering you don’t know your menu, I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised. Others in my group also had issues with their food as well. When the checks came, I don’t know what happened but it got extremely chaotic between the people in my party and the waitress. There were numerous issues with people’s checks, including mine, which I couldn’t even express due to how rude and hostile the waitress became with others in the group. I’ve served before and I understand how hectic it can get, but I would never dare get into a shouting match with a paying customer. One of the managers arrived and I was a little off put by him saying they would review the camera footage to get to the truth of the matter, saying “we have cameras all over so we’ll see what really happened” which felt invalidating considering you were just told what happened. I think everyone could hear there was clearly some issue happening and other workers were a witness to it as well. I also did not like how he wanted to confront everyone with the waitress in the room and we requested she be removed because tempers were obviously high with everyone and space was needed for all parties involved. At that moment, someone else should have taken over closing out the bill but she still came back to finish taking cards. I am upset for her because management should have taken over and not put us all through more stress by keeping her on the floor. She deserved better from management and her rude behavior continued even after this confrontation. I do not understand why management continued to put us all through this. When asked if there was a corporate number or higher level management contact, we were told there is none. Reluctantly, someone gave a business card for a co-manager. Our party was offered cake which was a nice gesture, but this was the most stressful dinner I’ve ever experienced and I couldn’t wait to leave.
