Went in for dinner while in the area and stood in the front where the hostess should be for over 10 minutes waiting to be seated and no one ever came.. saw plenty of employees walking around but nobody even attempted to say anything or inform us were to sit.. so we left and went to the barbecue restaurant across the street and got served right away and it was delicious… don’t go here just go across the street for some delicious barbecue ribs..

Horrible experience. Waited an hour for our food. Place is dirty, tables sticky. I won’t eat here again. Finally got my burger and it was cold and undercooked. Fries were cooked in old grease and not very good. Sorry, not the Red Robin I know. I have a feeling this one is poorly managed. Cleaning gear laying around, junk stacked in view of the customers.

My family are here last night as we are driving to Lincoln City, OR from Utah for vacation. We’ve ate at many other Red Robbins. This one was quite busy. We ordered two appetizers which ended up coming to our table when we were all finished with eating our entrees. That was a bit disappointing.

So I came into this restaurant and it was BUSY! I was sat in the lounge and I ordered mozzarella sticks. It didn’t take very long to receive those, but I noticed they were cold. I brought it up to the server and she brought me a whole new batch that was hot.

Wow! The cleanliness here is appalling. Filthy dining room, filthy bathrooms…. I’ve seen cleaner truck stops. I had to wait a couple minutes before anyone made their way to the hostess stand. Food came out… no mushrooms on shroom burger, broccoli cold (don’t know if it was ever steamed), wraps cold, sweet potato fries….COLD. We sent some of it back. No one apologized, asked if they could make it better…. nothing! Not even a goodbye as we left. ZERO effort. I would never go back here

Like most, I have eaten at Red Robin many, many, many times. Have always wanted to but never tried the Cauliflower Crust pizza. Wow! Superb!! Perfect blend of crispiness and softness. The Bartender Jaylene brought the super service and made it complete!

The service has been terrible the last couple times we have been, but this last time the food was horrible as well. I could tolerate the slow service if the food was good, but not both. Fish and chips was luke-warm and the fish was poor quality. Fish and chips It used to be awesome. Bathrooms are disgusting. Definitely the last time we’ll be going.
