Ate here with my daughter a couple weeks ago.
I had the avo-cobb-o salad. It was pretty good. Their was plenty of chicken and the chicken tasted really good. I requested no blue cheese and the server offered shredded cheddar as a substitute which was nice.
The lettuce and other accompanying veges were relatively fresh and it was large enough to be satisfying.
My daughter had a chicken sandwich…can’t remember which one and she enjoyed it for the most part.
The server…Rosalina I think was her name was very efficient and friendly.
I give this meal a strong 4 rating overall.

We did a pick-up order, the order was incorrect/all paid for not included. We live 20 min out of town. We got home and our salads were brown, missing chicken and dressing that we had pay for. When we called they were rude, and told us after 15 min that they would refund order- no manager available so it would be in the morning, but that they had all info needed. No call/refund next morning. Called them back, person had no idea, asked info again 3 times during this call, and said would refund/call us back in an hour. 3 almost 4 hours later, no call back. Called them back, told manager was late, will call back….still waiting. Run around. Guess we are never getting refund, and service is a mess. Similar experiences the past two years. Done with RR after almost 30 years.

I had an early dinner at the Silverdale, WA Red Robin on March 2, 2026. My server was Patrick! He is a fantastic server! Very nice, courteous and efficient! My menu was not clean! There was a strand of hair stuck to it along with greasy spots! Patrick immediately apologized and took the menu to the front desk. He cleaned it and brought it back to me and apologized again. He brought my food in a timely manner, offered me extra fries and made sure everything tasted good. He brought me a second glass of water without me having to ask for it! He was always available when I needed anything and was very upbeat and acted like he truly enjoys his job! KUDOS TO PATRICK! He went above and beyond!

My husband and I came with our four kiddos and when we went to order I was told the item I was ordering was out so I chose something else and she said never mind we have it so I continued to place my order. A while later a different gal came and said they filled another order and asked what else I wanted and handed me a menu. I informed her if the rest of the food was going to be done soon i just won’t order and she said they would red ticket it to make sure it came quick so I placed my order. She ended up coming back with the food after everyone was done and it was wrong. We waited until our server came back and I informed her we were done and it was wrong so I won’t be eating it and she said she would take it off and walked away then came back with our check and said it was off and it wasn’t. So we had to once again wait for someone to come check on us and I asked the gal that was helping out in between if we could please talk to a manager to get it fixed which we watched her inform him and he walked away and never spoke to us. Our original server came back with the check fixed and walked away. We were never check on, never had an apology and the staff besides the poor girl filling it was extremely unprofessional. Definitely won’t be coming back after paying a decent size bill and poor customer service.

I ordered the Scorpion Burger at Red Robin, and while the initial flavor was decent, it went downhill fast. The bun tasted old or stale—something was clearly off—and the burger itself started falling apart before I was even halfway through it. It felt like a poorly executed smash-style burger, but without the quality or structure to back it up.
The side salad was even more disappointing. The greens were wilted with brown edges and looked like they were quickly tossed on the plate with little care. Even on an off day, a salad like that shouldn’t be served.
On top of the food issues, the atmosphere at this location just isn’t great. The space feels worn and could really use a remodel or refresh—overall, not good vibes.
Unfortunately, this visit was a miss across the board. Even my wife gave it two thumbs down. We ended up heading elsewhere afterward for a better burger experience.

Been here twice within the last two weeks. The first time there was my actual first time to visit. I read a review that said they were very prompt with getting the food out on time and the food was delicious. I had the same experience. The staff were very attentive and accommodating, to include the manager, and the food was worth the price. I’ll definitely visit again.

They have the best gf impossible burgers and fries but every time we go there isn’t a greeter for at least 5 minutes. After you get seated and wait 15 min to flag down waiter they tell you they will send someone. Then you wait another 10 min til your waiter comes to even start drinks. Not to mention the 2 workers just standing around or eating themselves. Service is not good here at all.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and had an average experience, which is pretty much what I expected. Service was good and attentive, and the food was on par with what Red Robin typically delivers. Nothing stood out as exceptional, but nothing was disappointing either. We were in and out fairly quickly, which was appreciated. Overall, a solid, straightforward visit.

Since it opened, I have enjoyed coming to RR. When I moved to Kennewick 3 years ago, i went a few times but I was very disappointed with this RR and only went by request of my granddaughter.Examples include getting the wrong order and when I did the food was many times different than other RR (not in a good way). Also the restaurant was not cleaned and the staff were indifferent with low morale.
In the last month between requests again by family did I go again. To my pleasant surprise, it was like a new restaurant! The service was prompt and the servers were kind and engaged. The restaurant was clean and best of all the food was just right.
Whatever happened to transform this RR was the right decision. My guess is a new, innovative, and inspiring leader who cares about quality, service, and the customer experience.
