We usually go to Red Robin often so I know that they can get backed up or be behind on orders. However bringing our food out an hour after waiting and it being absolutely cold and non edible is NOT okay. I will say our server Victoria was so wonderful. Food wise everyone’s fries at the table were cold, and you could tell they sat out for a good while before being served. Chicken wise the piece of chicken in the sandwich was so hard it couldn’t even be cut, eaten, or touched. My sisters Mac n cheese was so cold it had a skim layer of cheese and definitely sat out for a long while. All the tables around us got food well before us (even though they showed up after us) and they were all offered complementary fries for waiting. We were here for a fundraiser and left very dissatisfied to use Red Robin as our fundraiser host again.

First of all they changed their fries. They are not good. Food was not great. Very salty and they put too much mustard on my mom’s burger and my daughters chicken tenders tasted more like fish. The replacement ones were overcooked. The pickle chips tasted burnt. Not impressed at all. Might not come back again.

It’s best to dine in. I ordered online and couldn’t decide between delivery or pickup. I opted for pickup since I would be back about 15 minutes sooner than delivery according to their estimated time. However I ended up being back after delivery would have allegedly come because they were so busy I had to wait longer than was comfortable for them to bring my food out. By the time I got home and we ate it was a little cold, especially the fries. Red Robin is still one of my favorite places to go dine in though.

Been going here for years, love coming here but probably will be my last. Apparently you can’t split checks anymore from the tablet and then asked the waiter about it and he didn’t care and didn’t do anything. Had a reward on my account and couldn’t even use the damn thing. Almost feels like this place is becoming money hungry and trying to squeeze every ounce of money out of their customers.

I only deduct a star for the to go orders. It seems like half the time my ego order is either incorrect or really messy. Aside from that food is great. Service is great atmosphere is fun.

Took my daughter to red Robin for her birthday. Food was good ordered the jalapeño burger was disappointed on the size the advertisement for the burger was bigger . And when they brought it out didn’t look the same way smaller. Not coming back

We came for a late lunch yesterday. Took over 20 minutes to receive our drinks, and an additional 30 for our food. They forgot our appetizer, and our waitress disappeared. Small portions, dirty plates, dry food. Not once did someone come by to ask if we needed anything. Couldn’t even ask for more fries. My husband stressed he is a celiac and ended up sick after his meal. Awful service and the food has really gone down hill.

Rachelle is so friendly and upbeat! She makes us love coming to eat here. She remembered our orders from when we were here a couple weeks ago. My kids were impressed. She was attentive to us, always brought refills before we asked and didn’t leave us once we made our order! Rachelle is the best!
