Very busy at the time we arrived. Luckily didn’t have to wait to be seated in a booth. My wife and I ordered fish and chips to share. When they were brought to us, they were just barely warm. The fish with fish and chips needs to be hot. I sent them back. After some time more was brought, they were definitely hotter than the first pieces, but still could have been hotter. The waitress seemed very preoccupied, I had to wave down service several times. I am not sure what has happened to customer service in the last few years, but managers use to be involved when they are issues with food. I never saw a manager, no one came to talk to me about the cold fish. I guess all the restaurants just expect customers to shut up and eat.

The burgers were nice and juicy, the brussel sprout appetizer with Mike’s hot honey was delicious and the onion rings were deep, fried and tasty. Our server was really nice and attentive. And the restaurant was clean and well lit with plenty of TVs for sports. Everything seemed reasonably priced and well portioned.

It has been years since we have been at the Valley RR. Stopped in for lunch yesterday and even though they were extremely busy both in the main restaurant and the bar–we received super friendly and efficient service. My husband said the chicken sandwich was one of the best he’s ever had. I’ve had Donato’s pizza in Ohio and loved it but wasn’t sure how the thin crust local version would be…and WOW! Amazing..sooo good! Crispy pepperoni, slightly sweet sauce with big chunks of fresh pineapple on every piece…not soggy, mushy canned stuff and I love the square cut! Our server Ty did everything just right. He was there when we needed him but he didn’t hound us either. A manager walked by and acknowledged us too…this place was running like a well oiled machine. Only 4 stars because for some reason the table we sat at (the ones with bench seats on one side and a bar stool on the other) didn’t have the foot rest…which is a must have for tall bar stools so that wasn’t too comfortable…but other than that we were so impressed! Will definitely be back. We really appreciate cleanliness, quality food, friendly service and staff that go above and beyond and Ty/the Valley Red Robin delivered it all!

While the food is decent, God forbid that you accidentally order pickup instead of delivery. I called to get it fixed but the girl i talked to was nasty about it and said they couldn’t do anything about it. So I asked for the manager and got put on hold; for 20 minutes. I hung up, redialed, and lo and behold I got a manager this time. They said they cant do anything with the delivery system and that they’ll fully refund me. Oh and I have no mode of transportation. So pickup not available either. It’s going to be awhile before I order from here again.

This place is shit. Wifes chicken sandwich was bunt and dry. My broccoli was still frozen for God’s sake. Not just cold but bites were frozen. This place is garbage. We will never eat at a Red Robin again.
