My co-worker wanted this one night for dinner and we found it to be pretty good. Our waitress was amazing. I wish I got her name for this but she was all over our drinks and checking back with us. My co-worker ordered a small pepperoni pizza and said that it was mediocre. I have the bacon cheeseburger and it was perfect. Everything else was perfect.

I don’t usually write reviews for anything, but our experience warranted a great review for this restaurant.
The food is what you’d come to expect, good and consistent, but we aren’t here to talk about that.
If I could give this location ten stars for Shannon alone I absolutely would! She was BY FAR the best server we have had anywhere. Very quick, her recommendations were on point, she helped sign us up for the Royalty club and explained it, and though we came in towards the end of the night we never felt rushed even a little bit.
The cherry on top : I accidentally left some cash behind at the booth, and she remembered us and personally came out to give it to us after close.
Not only an amazing waitress, but a superb person in general — thank you Shannon!!

I will NEVER come back, and everyone I know will be told to avoid this place. 3 things here.
1. The prices are INSANE now! $20 for a single burger with fries?!? I’ll just go to 5 guys, and avoid the chaos of this “establishment”
2. The staff is OPENLY talking about “that’s a big group, looks like a family. Be careful, they may not tip well, so don’t spend much time here.
3. After seeing the price points, me and my fiancé ordered the $9.99 border, fries, and drink. Food is good, service was quick, kept the drinks and fries up. Went to go pay the bill, $36!? I waited, and waited. About 5 minutes later, they came around the corner and immediately went “sorry, I’ll get that fixed” I didn’t even have to tell them. They knew what was up. Seems super suspicious, almost scammy. And to preface, they were not busy. It was a Monday.

Food: 3/5 – we ordered the Whiskey River burger, mushroom burger and nachos with guacamole. The nachos were the best. The burgers were mediocre. You can’t miss the bottomless fries that come with your burger. I found the burger and fries to be on the salty side.
Service: 3/5 – it took a bit longer to get a table and to place an order. They were probably busy.
Atmosphere: 3/5 – a good place to gather with family and friends for a meal.
There’s plenty of free parking out front. Be sure to get the App which you can get a free burger on your birthday.

I ordered a Mad Love burger, and it was missing a lot. When I ordered, I had to say I wanted it cooked with some pink, our waitress was ready to skip it. It came well done, and missing all of the veggies. Im not fully versed on what comes on the burger so I googled it and showed the waitress that it was missing items. I usually dont need a remake, I can often just take the missing items, or am ok with them taking it just to put it on and giving it back. I dont want to waste time, I’ve worked food before. The waitress didnt really apologize and/or offer options to chose from to fix it. She just went to the back and brought me a small plate of lettuce and tomatoes…. she proceeded to not check back in with us periodically, or with any regular gusto a waiter/waitress would, she nearly felt afraid and timid to approach even the table near us afterwards. I dont expect much from a burger place, aside ftom good food, but the prices that red Robin is climbing to, and the service and food quality sinking rapidly, you could barely even call this location a “burger joint off of Wish.com”. At least Wish is cheap. They also dont clean their dishes well enough. Gunk just living at the bottom of their glasses. Gross.

It seems they’ve revamped their menu since our last visit! I wasn’t too hungry, so I opted for the $10 cheeseburger special. My hubby went for the cheesy bacon fondue burger.
For the first time ever, I ordered steamed broccoli as my side. Trying to be healthy here, you know? The initial portion was huge, but it was undercooked. Surprisingly, my burger patty was thicker than my husband’s! I also got to choose the cheese – pepper jack, melted to perfection.
My burger was good, but nothing fancy. For the special price of $10, it was a steal! When I ordered my second serving of bottomless broccoli, though, the portion was tiny. And this time, it was overcooked.
Hubby’s burger was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The fondue was an interesting touch. We ended up using it as a dip for our broccoli and fries.
Service was okay, but it was tough to get our waitress’s attention. There were a few waitresses just standing around, chatting away. Our waitress seemed to be the only one actually serving tables. She was friendly, though.

I got a much larger serving of broccoli this time compared to my last visit. Perhaps they did listen to my suggestion from my last Yelp review. My husband didn’t care for their honey mango lemonade and thought the flavor was too artificial. The peach lemonade was just a little better than the honey mango.

For a few years we had mckayla at the bar. She was absolutely amazing even remember our drinks and always was so quick with anything. Tonight we had Michelle who was absolutely amazing too. Now mind you we have had multiple servers in between and they were very kind. I loved how these two women not only made sure we knew there name, but we’re comfortable, and very satisfied with our dinning experience.
I will say mckayla is the gold of red robbin! We started our first date there and now married and still ask for mckayla because she was amazing. We will gladly ask for Michelle as well. However with the last four years I have seen mckayka work so hard and I hope red robbin sees that! These workers really try!

I have never had an ‘extraordinary’ meal at Red Robin, it’s simply comfort food with a twist. This is no way reflective of this location, it’s simply the menu that corporate has approved. The service was good and the food came out in an appropriate amount of time. Our order was accurate and provided an ample amount of food for each of us. I had the Whiskey River BBQ Chicken wrap, but would likely try something different the next time. I’d suggest either chargrilling the chicken, or using fried chicken pieces.

We come here a lot….perhaps weekly. Our favorite restaurant to get out often with a great atmosphere and food, lots of specials and a great Happy Hour while you watch sports. The service is always top notch and starts with the Manager (Craig) who always takes time to say hello and even assists the servers; he and the other staff are awesome and this includes the waiters/waitresses and the chefs who prepare great meals. We usually order their Burgers (a huge selection), great appetizers, (love the onion rings), and other great choices of really good food for good value endless refills on sides and beverages and desserts, and old fashioned malts that are served with an extra goblet for a huge treat. Been coming here for 2 years and still haven’t experienced the entire menu. For not much more than fast food you can get a great meal or just go crazy up to some of their specialty and triple burgers. For us, it is hard to think about any other place because of the great food and vast selection.
