For my son’s first time at a Red Robin, I’m happy he was happy! But it’s been a long time since I’ve been to one. They’ve changed a bit. Prices are much higher and quality still the same. They have lots of upgrades (charges) that the server did not mention including the $2.99 ENTERTAINMENT FEE for kids to play on their tablet. Hm. It was nice that the Manager did make it right.
My son LOVED his chicken strips and bottomless fries! Though, the server did not come and ask us if we needed anything, but once. They were busy, but still. We were there for a super long time waiting for our check because she also didn’t tell us we needed to check out on the tablet. So overall, not impressed with the service.
We will be back because my son loved his food, but at least we know what to expect in the future.

Ordered 2 of the Dave’s hot chicken sandwiches and the batter was nice and crispy and delish, but the chicken was sooooo chewy and fibrous. Ate only half the sandwich cuz the texture was really bad.
Was also a little taken back at the total price of $44.75 as the sandwiches were only $17 something. Come to find out they charge extra now for garlic fries. When did that change? I’ve never been charged extra any other time for garlic fries. $3.00 for garlic……each? So $6.00 bucks for some garlic to be poured on our fries. Hmm
I hate complaining but with the texture of the chicken and the extra charge for garlic….it really kinda sucks and left a bad taste in my mouth. Pun intended, sorry. Giving an extra star for the wonderful waitress and the delish batter.

My boyfriend and I went here on a date night. We stopped in at Red Robin because it was local and we got a late start. We were seated immediately, which was nice, and the burgers we ordered were pretty good. Unfortunately, the service was pretty bad. The host was more helpful than our waiter was. I needed more dipping sauce for my fries that the host finally brought after I walked up front and asked for it. Drink refills only came after the meal (definitely order a glass of water along with your beverage at this location!). Also, they advertise all you can eat fries, but nobody came to the table to refill them.
The atmosphere was also really loud for a date night. I haven’t been in a restaurant this loud in ages. There were a lot of yelling and running kids. I don’t know if this particular restaurant is popular for families or what, but if you’re looking to take a date here, I would definitely look elsewhere. We couldn’t talk without yelling to each other. That and the disappointment of the waitstaff made for a pretty yucky date.

I ordered a pickup order online. Arrived a few minutes early gave my name a sat down to wait for my order to be ready. After 10 plus minutes the host asked what I was waiting for. He looked at my order confirmation on my phone and said he was very confused. I tried to politely suggest maybe we could ask another employee. Then he disappeared to find help, never came back another waitress asked if I had been helped so she went to find out. All the while my order was sitting right there they just needed to add my Mudd pie to the bag. Needless to say the hot food was cold and limp, the extra bottomless fries were maybe 8 fries and cold, the new mudd pie (cookie dough) was tiny and way overpriced and they didn’t even give me the caramel, hot fudge, or whipped cream and was not as good a the old version. Also don’t think they should charge for ranch when it’s served for free with your meal when dining in. Won’t likely choose to do another pickup order here. If I can’t dine in this may not be the place to choose. They would not have served the food I received if I was sitting at their table.

No wait time to sit at the bar. Service is always amazing. Love the freckled lemonade and fries being bottomless! Bartender (M?) is always on top of it and friendly!
The only thing keeping my rating from being 5 stars is that the seating at the bar needs to have a foot bar around the bottom of the bar. The stools are somewhat uncomfortable and when wearing summer sandals my shoes will fall off (“unsanitary”) if I do not wrap them around the stool frame (which hurts/jeopardizes my replacement hip implants). Not comfortable for large framed guests.

Got seated and instantly forgotten about. We were looking at the menus and had fully decided, then a family of four was seated right next to us about five-ten minutes after we sat down. They received water and a check in to order before we were even helped. We weren’t even given water or were spoken to after the hostess seated us. Promptly left and the table was immediately turned over and no one asked why we were leaving. I’ve been to this Red Robin before, the food is consistent (it’s a chain so it better be) but you often have to flag down waiters to get basic attention while you dine here. Tonight was ridiculous. It is not that hard guys. Definitely take your business elsewhere if you’re craving a burger and fries. Or plan to eat there when it’s dead because the waiters struggle with a full house, clearly.

We just picked up our curbside order, and we’re not happy at all. We ordered the Brussels sprouts appetizer and got 10 halves at $11 that’s over $2 per Brussels sprout. That’s outrageous. We also got the garlic parm broccoli. No parmesan and more garlic than broccoli. It was inedible. We also ordered the Tavern Double cheeseburger. It had so many weird hard parts in the burger, it was so gross, and the fries that we ordered extra crispy were super soft and cold as soon as they got to the car. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I won’t be back. The woman who brought it out to the car was also not friendly or nice in the slightest.

First time at this location. Very poor service. We first showed up and were told it would be a 2 minute wait. It ended up being over 20 minutes. That happens I suppose. We ordered quickly assuming they’re busy, it took 45 minutes to get our food. The server didn’t ask us if we needed anything after dropping off the food. We assumed he was busy however the only language he’d use was that the food would be here quickly/right away/shortly. It clearly was not going to arrive shortly. They could have at least kept us in the loop and said it’s going to be a while. We figured we would finally ask for a refill of bottomless fries once we had another interaction with the server and after 20 minutes of waiting for the fries we decided to call it quits and just pay our tab. It’s not much of bottomless fries if it takes an excessive amount of time to get your food and fries.

I’m not really sure why this is an issue every time on a $22 item. But I enjoy the salmon here, it comes with broccoli advertised with parmesen and garlic. Every time the broccoli comes plain. Upon ordering i asked the server to make sure the side comes with the parm and garlic. This is what i was given… is this a joke? It’s either plain or drowned in butter. Not as advertised or pictured. You think for $22 the cook and serve would at least ensure it was edible… I’m very disappointed. We eat here 2-3 times a week with our family…. but since this new crew change, things are really bad. We will take our business elsewhere, to a local establishment.

Just grabbed dinner to go, a custom salad, chicken sandwich with steak fries and a onion ring tower, all made to perfection! This being at 5:30 pm on a Saturday night!
The place was busy but not too busy to pay attention to me waiting for my order, that I was early for. I observed them cleaning and resetting tables with a quickness, and seating people quickly.
Staff was friendly and efficient, informing me how my order was proceeding. The kitchen crew did a great job! Best chicken sandwich I’ve had in a while.
I appreciate all the care that was put into our food! We’ll be back soon for sure! I love food!!!
